Very friendly staff and they are very accommodating. The younge r girl working needs more customer service training.

The laundry, dryer specifically ate $2.50 of my money and she kept repeating "your fine" 100x and didn't reimburse my $2.50. I went and got $2.25 all the quarters I had and she didn't even give me a quarter to finish drying my clothes. I had to leave and go get more quarters. Very, very inconvenient and I hope she is "fine". The older and wiser lady was awesome and made my day better everyday I was there 😀 Thanks to her I still enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

It was an easy location to find and the check in was a breeze.

After being told there were Ice trays in the freezer, we get in there and there wasn't. But it's ok, we went and picked some up from the gas station conveniently across the road.

efficiency room, asked for coffee maker and some pots/pans and made own food, excellent location for me, spacious room, good bed, good bathroom

breakfast was bad coffee and dried snack bars, no elevator, long narrow stairway to 2nd floor, 4-6 steps in lobby to get to 1st floor rooms and stairway to 2nd floor

The Staff is awesome very friendly. Place is clean. Everything is in working condition. Close by the Mall. I love it here. My third time coming back here. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location. Close to the University of Tennessee, interstate, restaurants, and shopping (Target), gas, groceries.

No ice machines. Room essentials not already in room- coffee maker, toaster, cooking utensils etc..

We had an awesome time, and even with the little mix up with booking, Larry went out of his way to make sure he did'nt leave until we were taking care of. Even with his own car trouble he was so determined to make sure we were ok, you need more workers like him and Patricia, Tommy thank you all for being so kind, we'll be staying again soon.

No outside access to the rooms. So didn’t have to worry about any trouble

Pillows need upgrades, need a little bit heavier comforter. Needs more parking

The room was spacious , clean , and had everything I needed . Bed was comfortable and the pillows were amazing .
