Booking.com did not update the changes that I made to my initial reservation. However, the Front Desk Clerk, Kristin, was able to make the change in the hotel's computer system, and we were able to check in, after a minimal delay.

Can't blame anyone, other than myself, as I knew that the facility was close to the Freeway. But, wow, the highway noise was very loud all night. Fortunately, for me, I brought along a pair of ear plugs.

Very nice hotel. Clean and comfortable. Close to my purpose for being in Knoxville and plenty of food options convenient to the location.

The parking lot was discombobulated and weirdly divided. The entrance to the hotel was also a bit confusing.

Very easy to get to - right off the highway. As close as it was, we really didn't hear the traffic and our room overlooked the highway.

Breakfast was from 6-9 am. We showed up at 8:30 and they were out of most of the hot breakfast items. When I asked if there would be more coming, I was told no - it ended in 30 minutes and they would not be restocking. Seriously??? Two other families arrived after us so more people were disappointed as well. There should be a better effort to have plenty of food during the time stated to accommodate guests.

Great breakfast big rooms great location close to shopping and restraunts and close to downtown

Because of the constant rain there was no pool access but everything else was great

We enjoyed having a frig and microwave in the room but after the first day we didn't receive any coffee pods.

I believe the facility is well maintained but showing age in some carpet locations and at the same time a paint do over would spiff up the overall countenance of an otherwise fine facility in a very propitious location.

It was mostly clean, very spacious rooms.

Staff didn’t have the best attitude at check in but that is my only complaint.

Available Tesla destination was main reason for staying here and it was available both days/nights of stay.

Air conditioner was a bit dated and loud. Ended up supercooling room and shutting off at night.

Close to the interstate and a ton of restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable

First room they gave us already had someone in it. Quickly moved us to another room

The breakfast was wonderful. This hotel is directly across from the mall and close to many restaurants and I-40. we were 8 minutes from downtown and the Knoxville Convention Center.

The lobby and elevator needed a remodel because it looked old and dirty, and parts were broken on the elevator. Also, our room had a weird smell but not from cleaning products. We could also hear conversations from the adjacent room and their tv playing.
