The breakfast and the coffee was delicious. I had previously stayed at a Holiday Inn a few weeks before that and the coffee was horrendous. This location's was very good, and my daughter loved the breakfast selection. She keeps asking to go back to the hotel because she had so much fun.

Everything exceeded my expectations for a 1 night stay. I really have no complaints. The lady at the front desk (wish I could recall her name) was extremely helpful and very kind, which has not been my experience with the several hotels I have recently stayed at this year, including a Holiday Inn Hotel in Corydon, IN.

Location, updated, small and not over crowded. Clean, great staff, close to many late restaurants. Later check out time was great since we arrived later and needes rest.

Bed.... too soft and the box/platform was broken or something. Every time we laid down it made a loud pop noise... we arent over weight people.... only 3 towels and wash cloths for 4 people. Charging ports did not have just USB option.

This is pretty much the only place I stay when in Knoxville. Whether coming for a ballgame, concert, or just to get away for a night or two, this always an awesome stay. The employees are simply the best! It’s always refreshing to be treated to the orange or lemon sliced water upon arrival. What a great idea!

The breakfast was great. Grateful that I could pack it up for later since I had to leave by 6:30 and was not hungry yet.

The price online was less than walk in price and I had to do it online to get the lower price while standing in the lobby. Wish they could just match the price.

Room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

The only complaint was Saturday morning, game day, the shower water never got hot. There was a lot of people there for the Vols game.

The mattress was too soft but the room was good. The price booked from my account was almost $200! That is definitely too much, especially for a HI member.

The bed was one of the best I have ever slept it

The location was a little sketchy. To many trees close is on parking lot. Felt like it could be a place to get mugged late at night. Needs to be more open

The property was very clean, the location was great, great distance to the University of Tennessee! This will be my go to hotel when I’m in town!

This hotel was clean and in a very convenient location. The staff was very friendly and to my surprise, the breakfast was pretty good. I'd recommend it.

Loved the bed, location, cleanliness of the room, & that they came in and freshened up our room for our 2 night stay.
