When I arrived the room, I was in smelled a little, I figured from so much rain we had gotten in TN from the hurricane. I only mentioned it and they changed me to another room that did not have the smell in it. I was so grateful. The front desk was amazing on 09/30/24 and I would hope all hotels treated their visitors as they did here. We had to leave at 5:00 to get our friend to UT medical for surgery and they gave us cereal to eat even though it was an hour to breakfast, that really meant a lot. THIS WAS MY 2ND STAY AT A HAMPTON and I can tell you I will pick Hampton inn for from now on.

Breakfast was good; bacon, eggs, biscuits and gravy! There were several juice choices as well as milk, coffee and tea. Other items included cereals, muffins, scones, bagels, waffles and all the accompaniments. No one should go away hungry! The location was terrific! Located just off of I-40, and less than ten minute drive to downtown. Our room was exceptional!!! It was huge, and had a plush velvet sofa with a chaise on one end. The bathroom area was nice as well. There were plenty of towels, and big bottles of shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion provided. I liked how that cut down on plastic waste. The beds were extremely nice, too! I had no trouble going to sleep on such a comfortable mattress! No expense was spared here!

There was nothing I didn't like about this Hampton Inn! I've stayed in several from New York to Atlanta, places far and near, and this was by far the best! My compliments to the staff and management, because they are doing it all the right way!!!

The location is nice and secluded but still right off the highway. Very clean. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms. Right down the street from a great Chicago style pizza place.

Friendly staff but they didn't do the usual walk through when checking us in. Just handed over the room key with a smile. An novice guest would have been a little lost. The breakfast was great but the potatoes were a tiny bit undercooked. The mattresses in our room also need to be replaced. They creaked and squeezed.

Easy check in, nice location, nice accommodations

We had one of two king suites on the first floor and our room was very nice but smelled like a wet dog. By the time we got to the hotel we had been traveling for 10 hours and were exhausted, we just sprayed something and went to sleep. When I brought it to the woman’s attention when I checked out she was not apologetic or concerned, for this one reason I would stay elsewhere… there are many hotels in the area.

Absolutely a wonderful place. My family was in Knowxille due to a death in the family. The staff went over and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and didn’t have any needs or worries. We definately recommend this hotel for anyone needing a worry free stay. Thank you to Jessica, Missy, Trish and Tammy for making us feel like family.

I didn’t like that I had to park not in the lot and FAR from the door. Due to 3 construction vehicles all with trailers taking up 6 parking spaces a piece. There also was a UHaul pulling a car that also took up 6 places. They were all parked in the back and relatively close to the door. Parking down the hill in the grass, to walk in the rain after a 9 1/2 hour drive was NOT what I was expecting.

Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was quiet. Parking was great.

Didn't appreciate that i had to pay extra for better wifi. not a good look for a Hilton property. I didn't care for the curtain setup in my room. They stopped at the edge of the air conditioner/heater unit which was in the middle of the window. So, when the sun came up it was blindingly bright in my room.

Beautiful property and very clean. The rooms were spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made special effort to help us with a cot for a teen. Breakfast was delicious! Waffles, chocolate chip waffles, whipped cream, yogurt, sausage!

The property location is great. It’s close to the interstate but far enough away where you don’t hear the interstate traffic. The property was clean, well maintained, and perfect for our needs. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

The place, staff, amenities, and breakfast were very good.

I had requested the Hamoton Inn closest to the URK campus, but I was situated some 10 miles west. Not knowing Knoxville made navigating the trip from campus to the Inn rather inconvenient.
