My husband and I ordered from the bistro. He had the avocado toast, and I had the breakfast tots. Both were delicious. We only stayed 1 night, but everything was great. We slept very comfortably and woke refreshed. We’ll definitely be staying again, when visiting.

Room service was not available. We called the front desk to be transferred to the bistro to place our breakfast order. The call was bounced back to the front desk. I explained to the young man I wanted to place an order for breakfast and he offered to take the order for me and walk over to the bistro and put the order in. He stated the order would be ready in 10 mins. I sent my husband down to the bistro to pick up our food and the bistro said they did receive an order. It wasn’t the end of the day, but I expected the young man to do what he said. It was a little disappointing.

This is an absolutely beautiful hotel in a great location. It was a four minute walk to the Tennessee Theater. The room itself was spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. I really appreciated having an actual couch to relax on while watching TV. The shower was huge. This hotel also features a pantry, a restaurant and a bar. We had a few drinks at the bar. Pricing was reasonable. We also shared a wonderful dessert. Next time we plan to have a meal at the restaurant. I would absolutely stay here again because it is one of the nicest hotels I've visited.

Great location and conveniently located. Room was super spacious and the bed was comfortable. Parking was available on-site which was helpful in downtown Knoxville. Staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for dining. Appreciated the noon check out time!

This could be a one-off scenario, but the room I stayed in had an extra large shower, but the glass panel wasn't long enough to block the water from the shower. I had to use multiple towels to ensure the bathroom floor wasn't wet.

I did not eat at the hotel but that was a nice option. the location was excellent for walking around downtown. parked my car in the hotel garage and didn't use it again until i left to go home. they allowed me to leave it in the garage past check out time so i didnt have to pay for public parking again.

there was a parking fee that i wasnt aware of until i got there. i think it was $20. however it did hash out the next day by being able to leave it there past checkout. i didnt have to drive to a public parking lot and pay.

The check-in process was smooth, and the room was spacious for a weekend visit to the Knox. Also, the hotel is located at a great location, so it's walkable to great restaurants, theatres, and shopping!

One of the morning staff was very rude, and quite dumb in a way that she did not even know what's soy milk for a chai latte when we went to order at Starbucks from the reception.

Everything. My stay was a mothers day gift from my husband. I'm a first time mom, 10 months post-partum and I never get any sleep. Last night, I got to sleep a full 8 hours, take a shower without being interrupted, and watch a show that I wanted to watch. It was absolutely perfect.

Location primarily. Also, I felt safe with security of having to use room key in the parking garage and elevator.

Breakfast. The buffet was out of food when we arrived about a half hour before closing. By the time the eggs and meats were replenished and we sat down to eat, they closed the buffet when I would have liked seconds. They could have just locked the doors to new patrons but instead they closed the door to the buffet room.

Hotel conveniently located to University of Tennessee football stadium. Food at the Bistro was fresh and yummy! Check-in and out were super easy. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and quiet. No hall or neighboring room noise.

There wasn't a thing I could complain about.

Paying for parking 😒 and the fire alarm was sensitive that a hot shower set it off.

Was disappointed there wasn't breakfast the next morning, especially for what we paid for the room. Very disappointed we had to pay for parking our car in garage that was attached to the hotel.
