The room and the view from the 14th floor was excellent. The furnishings were comfortable, and the linens with varied pillows to sleep with were soft and organic. We didn't have a chance to try the restaurant, bar, or fitness facilities, but all looked very nice.

Not a big thing, but the person who checked us in was cold and unwelcoming. She never made eye contact, didn't say hello, and didn't smile. She asked for an ID, and I asked which name the room was booked under (me or my husband, I wasn't sure) and she seemed bothered to have to look up our last name to see which one of us made the reservation. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she definitely wasn't friendly in the least.

Great location with clean comfortable rooms. The included breakfast is actually a restaurant where you can order off the menu. Best breakfast I have ever had at a restaurant. There is a chef and they try to use locally sourced food. Lobby is beautifully done with seating areas and a fireplace. There is even a Starbucks on site.

The only complaint is that the QR code to scan for the restaurant didn't work and when I tried to ring them it was busy. No big deal, I just went down to eat.

Property was very clean and staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The bed was comfortable and all the amenities worked well and were clean.

The cost per night is a bit expensive. The city has changed quite a bit since I last lived there so the amount per night was steep for how small Knoxville still is relative to bigger cities. I still love my scruffy city though and the staff did everything to make the price justified and provided a 5 star experience for me and my wife.

Location was very good and the staff was very friendly. Parking facility was good; parking lot is right nextdoor.

Rooms are a bit outdated and need some work. Lightening was a tad low.

The location was very good, abt a 5 min walk from main retail/restaurant/entertainment area. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Reasonably quiet, at least on upper floors. Good quality casual restaurant and bar onsite that served full breakfast (not included). Also had a coffee shop and patio area. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet parking quick and convenient. Room rates were some of the more reasonable in the area. Overall nice experience and would stay again.

Rooms were of typical size and setup but were showing their age. Bathroom seemed cramped, and trash cans provided were tiny. Getting to the Vols arena/stadium is a bit of a hike, and uber/lyft not always easy to get.

I like the location and the space of the room.

The decor of the rooms need to be updated and parking needs to be included in the stay. I was asked if I was parking there and when I said yes I was not made aware that it was a $30 parking fee.

The room was large and clean. It was also within perfect walking distance of the venue I was working at.

Breakfast was an additional cost. I was not anticipating that and would have planned ahead if I'd realized.

Loved it it was super clean and bed was very comfortable.

Bathtub faucet would not switch to shower mode. Didn’t mess with our stay due to arriving early early AM and leaving just a few hours later at checkout. These things should be checked for quality assurance between each guest tho.

It was close to our event!

There is no on-site parking you had to park in a parking deck that was leased by the Hotel . You had to tell the front desk each time you left and returned.

The person checking us in had checked us in last time we stayed and he is such a great asset to Hilton. The people that work there are very friendly and very welcoming.

The shower was dirty so no one took a shower.
