Stayed overnight for a concert and would totally go back. Quiet, clean, spacious and overall a good value. Didn’t have time to eat the complimentary breakfast. It’s in a very nice area with lots nearby.

Staff wouldn’t bring us sheets for the pullout - made us come down to get them, but that’s trivial I guess. Ended up getting them in hall from housekeeper cleaning room next door and she couldn’t have been nicer.

Breakfast was very good. Sausages could have been better quality but..... Location is very good! it is close to all of the shopping at Turkey Creek and our friends home.

AC would not control correctly. Was not horrible but machine run time was very high. Water pressure in all sinks and showers were low on the 4th flow. Facilities needs to pump up the pressure set points. If you rent at this property, be sure to ask for the SOUTH side room to reduce road noise from I-40. NORTH side is right on the freeway and is very noisy

The room was great with a kitchenette. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good; the offering of fruit was great. Close to the Seasons Grill which we highly recommend.

Road noise from the 75 was really loud. Next time we would ask for a room on the other side of the hotel, not next to the highway. We could not get our TV going. As we were really tired, we didn't call reception, just let it go. The hot water for tea at breakfast had run out, the replacement water was lukewarm.

the establishment was amazing. the receptionist had such a welcoming smile and personality. i fell in love before even getting to my room. i got upgraded to a presidential suite for my 19th birthday. the gesture did not go unnoticed. i will definitely be booking here again.

what was there not to like? the only thing i could say that would be an additional plus to booking this hotel would be ice machines on every level.

The building was great. Free Laundry and gym are a plus.  comfortable bed. clean linens. Hot shower.

The hotel is directly next to a major highway. I could not sleep a wink iCan, hear every single car that passed by on the highway.  maybe the owner of the building should have invested in better insulation for the walls and windows to reduce the sound of the noisy Highway.

Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. There were so many great breakfast options, and the atmosphere in the hotel was warm and comfortable.

We had dirty dishes in the cabinets and the coffee pot in our room didn’t work well. Don’t have to have something fancy like a keurig- just one that drops the water over the coffee evenly.

I love everything about Staybridge Hotels. The rooms are always clean and inviting. Having a full kitchen means you can save money by cooking instead.

Nice location, and most pet friendly.

The room we stayed the kitchen sink is not working, saw a cockroach on top of the kitchen counter, and the dishwasher is still on and give a bad smells in the room. I called the front desk about the dishwasher still on , I guess cannot do anything until it done. I talked to the front desk about the other problem she said, she will make a note for the maintenance.

The staff was extremely friendly

No housekeeping the 11 days we were there. I had to go to the desk every day to get fresh towels and toilet paper . There was a very nice kitchenette but no table to eat at.
