We arrived for check-in super late. The first room was not clean and had a horrible odor. Perhaps a puppy accident? I returned to the front desk where I received a sincere apology and was immediately given a different room. The room was spotless, spacious, and comfortable. Check-out was a breeze, and airport shuttle driver was also nice. I felt completely comfortable leaving my car in their lot for 10 days. Parking rates are way less than airport parking. Great staff, great amenities, and a clean room made for a fantastic stay. I will definitely stay here again!

The location and facility was nice, clean and staff was helpful.

The pillows need to be replaced, they are floppy and give no support while sleeping. We stayed from Wed - Sun. On Friday night, we woke up in middle of the night to a smell of something burning. Like, electrical or someone was cooking something on the stove they shouldn't be. It was all we could do to make it through the night. We spoke to the front desk in morning after it first happened. They said they would look into it but we could still smell it until we left Sunday morning. It seemed to be on the third floor only where we were however it made for a horrible experience during our last two nights.

The staff was friendly, helpful and very personable. I had a wonderful experience talking with the ladies at the front desk. The bed was comfortable, and I am checking into getting the same mattress for home. As soon as we entered the facility we knew it was clean. This has been the cleanest place I have ever stayed. Job well done. I'm looking forward to my stay next year, when I return to the Shed.

I was sad that the pool was closed.

I really liked how the check in staff treated us during our family tragedy. I also really liked the the little kitchen that was in our rooms. We could eat in and save $ from eating out all the time.

The smell in the hallway on 3rd floor. It was almost nauseating. Some of the guests were drunk and arguing.

The 1 queen bed with sleeper sofa room we had was a pleasant surprise. The layout was extremely nice in the room compared to lobby area

Hotel Lobby and reception area made me think I could have picked a better location to stay when we first walked in. Very bland, and looked half filled. Once we got to our room though we were very satisfied with that part.

Location was great for my needs. As I seldom eat ‘complementary’ breakfast at hotels, this is a non issue. The staff and facility more than made up for a free breakfast. Will make a point of staying with Candlewood next trip to Alcoa.

Needed a good clean place to stay for a flight out of Knoxville. Fit the bill perfectly.

It was a tiny bit noisy at times.

The staff was very friendly! I liked the fact of a full fridge and the size of room and size of bathrooom.

there were evidently groups of workers staying there and they got up very early and were extremely noisy leaving!
