The room I had reserved was not available when I arrived. Our flight was delayed and I called twice that day to update our arrival time. I was told the room would be held as it would be before 11pm. Was only given an excuse that house keeping had not cleaned the room and people we checked into dirty room and had to be given other rooms. As they mentioned that the were full and could not accommodate and also I was charged the same price as the 2 room suite. I did speak to the front desk and they said it was the same price. I will be calling today to speak to a supervisor as I was not going to try and settle it with the front desk.

This Home2Suites is EASILY the nicest, cleanest and best one we've ever stayed at. The complimentary breakfast was not huge but everything you would likely want or need to get your day started, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the gyn (I know not everyone will value this) was great. We enjoyed sitting out front by the gas fireplace where it was relatively quiet as well. The King suite was spacious and incredibly clean and fresh. Even just walking through the hallways and common areas gave you the impression the staff really cares about this place. Finally, if you're looking for good places to eat that are local, definitely check out the Blackhorse Brewery and the Blue Moose...both are within a 5-8 min drive and were excellent.

The parking isn't abundant and while we had no issues finding a parking spot, if you get there later in the evening to check in or getting back from exploring you might have trouble finding a parking spot. Also...not a big deal but the Peloton wasn't connected to the WiFi so we couldn't log in and use the bike. I know this isn't a problem for everyone and didn't take away from a great experience but the bike needs to be connected to WiFi to use it.

I liked how a curtain could be used to separate the sitting area from the sleeping area.

My wife found the beds to be much to soft. We were, however, very disappointed with our booking via Booking.com. When we arrived at the hotel, we were told that the one bedroom suite we had booked and prepaid was sold out and, as a result, we were downgraded. We are still waiting on a refund for the difference in price. It was disappointing to find out that the Booking.com web site was not synchronized with the hotel's own reservation status.

Decent. Perfer hot breakfast bar options.

Breakfast bowls, hotel staff should have helpful options for travelers when debit/credit cards decline or malfunction. My family would have been totally embarrassed if other teammates were in line behind us.

Breakfasts were ok but could be better. The pancakes were great and the best part. Egg products were dry and rubbery. In fairness, we came close to the end of service. We needed more protein options. Staff was great. Rooms were nice and well supplied. Breakfast area was inviting,airy and bright.

Wish you had an on site restaurant.

The listing said no parking, no dogs, and no internet, however the location does have these amenities and did allow dogs. Pleasant surprise but the listing needs updated to help people better understand what is available.

checked in online which made the process quick and easy. greeted with bottles of water which is a plus since I would've bought it. room was spacious and bed comfortable

bathroom sink was little small for 2 people to get ready side by side but we managed. Also, not a fan of the sliding bathroom door.

Beautiful brand new hotel, friendly staff, spacious rooms with everything you need to feel at home during your stay. I couldn't have chosen a better hotel for my trip.

The hotel never received my Booking/Priceline reservation. When I got there they didn't have me on their arrivals list. I ended up having to be booked as a walk-in; however they did give me a better price for the room to make up for it.

Location, cleanliness, convenience, friendly reception desk personnel. Comfortable bed.

Only issue - we needed breakfast at 7 am Sunday morning - as advertised - but the catering person only turned up by 8 am, by which time we had a flight to catch and couldn't wait for breakfast.

Staff menmber when we arrived got us the contental breakfast due to us having to check out at 4am. It was really sweet of her to do that. Bed was as well comfortable, liked having a kitchen.

There was no dish soap.
