It is a Homewood Suites and, like the rest, they are comfortable and nice. The breakfast is good. We especially like the oatmeal which has a great consistency. The staff is very nice, and the manager was great stepping in to fix a billing confusion created by cutting the trip short by a day. If you've never done a trip change during a visit, you have to contact Booking.com first and they are supposed to coordinate with the hotel. The confusion came because sometimes Booking.com pays the bill and sometimes you do. In this case the latter was true and the hotel thought Booking.com was doing it. If Booking.com pays, I would get a refund from them instead of the hotel. once it was straightened out, the manager acted promptly. I will say the location is really nice as it across the street from a couple of very nice shopping strips and a great variety of restaurants. we were there for the National Club Crew championships which were up in Oak Ridge. It was a pretty easy commute up there.

The size of the room and location was near shopping center and restaurants. The breakfast was ok--passable but didn't eat there every day.

There was construction going on that interferred with entrances as well as parking. Our toilet overflowed and was halfway taken care of. Luckily, we were leaving a few hours after it happened. Other than that hotel was decent.

The breakfast was great and the staff are really good about making sure that all the food is replenished as well as the coffee, etc.

Vet clean and centrally located. The breakfast was lovely. I didn’t use the gym or pool but they looked great! It was nice to have so much space and a small kitchen.

Wish I could have gotten more pillows but that is not a major problem. Everything else was lovely.

Somwhow I inadvertently reserved a room with handicapped accessibility. My own mistake. However with a family of 6 traveling, the room was not adequate for our needs. The shower had no drainage, so we flooded the bathroom. We couldn’t use the shower head that was affixed.and had to use the handheld shower head. The staff was very helpful and brought towels to mop up our disaster in the bathroom. Beyond that, the room was fine and had we had a non handicapped room we would have been perfectly happy to stay here again.

Breakfast was alright. Same choices everyday. Alternated the same hot food choices every other day. The 1 dinner night.

Room location close to lobby on first floor. Hotel location perfect for my stay in Knoxville and excellent Turkey Creek area.

As a contractor, I observed paint , drywall and tile repairs that would not meet my standards.

Other than the one elevator that was broken. I liked the ambiance. The property had everything I needed. Laundry room, Fitness room, my room. BREAKFAST was excellent! The STAFF were super accommodating!

The broken elevator. But that was minor. It went up but had trouble going down. I’m sure it’s fixed by now.

Very nice and people at desk were fantastic.

The hotel had no record of my Booking.com reservation even though I had my confirmation but the man at desk actually was able to get us an even bigger room for a lower price for my difficulty. The only negative was it didn’t have a shower, which was my main purpose for using this hotel due to my mom’s disability but that wasn’t his fault, all those rooms were occupied.

The receptionist that helped with check out this morning was friendly, attentive and helpful. I also appreciated the overall cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms.
