The location was perfect for the track meet we were in town for, being just 10 minutes away from the host school site and 5-15 minutes away from Starbs, Chipotle, Walmart and the location we used for team dinner. With booking.com the rate was less expensive than what was offered as our group rate. Paula, Richard, Josh and every staff member we encountered were amazing: very hospitable, helpful and extremely kind. The beds were comfy, floors and bathrooms were CLEAN and the Dove products were an absolute plus. Josh welcomed us in the lobby to hangout as a whole group and allowed the team the opportunity to comply with curfew and still socialize.

I absolutely hate carpet and shower curtains and those maybe things to consider in the future upgrades, but as everything was so clean it didn't bother me. Also the kids wished the pool was deeper than 5ft, but we were there to run not swim.

Very nice hotel with great food and comfortable bed

At around 8 am my girl woke up to the cleaning lady being in our room at the end in the bed and then ran out. At 10:30 the cleaning lady did not knock and came into my room with my girl and me was getting dressed and was completely naked. Why are they entering my room, that's my privacy. That's not cool at all. They can't wait till I check out? Other then peeping maids the hotel was cool. The lady that had breakfast was awesome. Would love to chat with someone with IHG.

The breakfast was the best we've experienced in the 2 months we've been traveling the country. The selection was good and it was the only hotel that wrapped the apples. The cinnamon rolls were delicious. But the best thing was the service. She was kind, polite, generous, caring. She waited for people to be done before shutting down, make sure all were taken care of, even offering to get more for folks when the cut-off time neared. So different from other hotels and even other Holiday Inns Express.

It was a great location, very close to shopping and restaurants. The property was very clean. The room was very comfortable and clean. The pool was also very nice. I asked for a room on the second floor and not next to the elevator and that is what I got.

We primarily stay at Holiday Inn Express due to the size of our family and the room options available to us. This location was on par with the many other locations we've stayed at; in a word: fantastic. The property was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious. This location is also very convenient to I-40, which was an added plus!

I came to visit my son, he live in a nearby apt. I am allergic to his dog, so I opted for a hotel. My sis and brother in law also stayed with me.

I really have no negatives

Hey there! The room we stayed in was actually quite spacious and had plenty of room for all of our luggage. I didn't feel cramped at all, which made our stay even more enjoyable!

I wish I could have stayed longer. :)

Had a great selection for breakfast

The vent covers in the bathroom need to be cleaned however the rest of the facility was exceptionally clean

The room was clean and comfortable. The cleaning staff made us feel welcome and greeted us anytime we walked past them

Our last night a highschool baseball team was booked on our floor they were running around the hallway, slamming doors and playing extremely loud music. Eventually we were tired enough we were able to sleep. Nothing negative with the hotel though
