I was very pleased with the location and ease of parking. The fact that they had an indoor pool was extremely helpful due to the fact that I was traveling with my kids. Way to chill out from long drive! You didn't have to worry about bringing room towels to pool because they had separate pool towels. Was a small pool, but still, indoor pool so points there. Beds were VERY comfortable and I selected the room with extra sofa bed so my teen son can have his own little section. Wasn't too loud with 75 being there, and we were able to simply walk to a couple different restaurants. IF I had time, I'd walk around to the other shops. REALLY cool area! Lastly, the staff goes way over and above helpful! EVERY person I came in contact with were SO pleasant and helpful. Can't rave enough about this facility! Totally recommend this hotel for sure.

It's not really a "do not like" rant, but simply wish there was more of a selection with breakfast. I personally liked the quiche, but it was lacking pancakes or waffles for those stubborn kids who just like to make it. The scrambled eggs were really, really good but again, for kids it was a tough thing. Yes, rhere was cereals you can select, bagels, and toast. Again, it's NOTa do not like, was just hoping for more or different selection next day.

Excellent Location! Within walking distance or short drive to so much shopping, dining, entertainment, etc! We loved the complimentary, hot breakfast. Clean, comfortable rooms (those bed pillows are heavenly!) and stylish decor. Staff was wonderful throughout entire stay!

Breakfast variety. We stayed over the weekend and had the same breakfast two mornings in a row. A little variety would be nice.

Great stay and location. My partner and I came to Knoxville for a class reunion and the hotel was around a lot of nice activities. The lobby was nice, breakfast was pretty good and the room was spacious.

The TV location was a bit odd but luckily it was on a swivel so we could rotate and watch from bed. Housekeeping didn't clean the room for a 2-day stay.

Amazing it's a regular room. It was a beautiful, HUGE and luxurious suite!! Very plush!

*Attention is needed in cleaning the bathroom. There was hair in the tub and something brown on the soap ledge! Gross! Also the hallway hadn't been vacuumed in awhile.

The breakfast was nice and staff kept the food fresh and area clean. The staff was so friendly and helpful -- from front desk to housekeeping. Will definitely recommend and stay again at Springhill Suites when in town.

First, the location was great with nice restaurants & stores all around-many within walking distance. The breakfast was good with several options and kept up well.

The coffee was kind of gross. The pool could stand to be a bit warmer.

The friendliness of staff and the cleanliness of the entire building, including common areas.

Beds are subjective for taste of individuals but the bed was a bit too firm for me. Otherwise everything was good

It was conveniently close to family.

Our room was a little small compared to others on the same floor. Beds were very comfortable but bed linens looked a little tired.

Wish there could have been coffee available for our trip home. Some fruit or packaged snacks available for early travelers would have been nice. Otherwise, great place to stay.

We were heading home from vacay in Mrytle Beach SC, between congestion in traffic, accidents and road construction we had to make a stop for one last nite at this hotel. It was absolutely wonderful. Very clean and comfy. Great area to run and pick up last min items. Excellent staff. Very, very knowledgeable and friendly. Staff was not like other hotels we had stayed at. The staff here were dressed professionally and talked professionally. All around one of the best hotels we've stayed at. Breakfast was also very delicious and just perfect for our drive back home to MO. Not too heavy and not so little where we would need to make a stop just down the road to fill our tummies.

It's not that we didn't like but we had a suite and would've liked a little more plates and utensils for our dinner that evening. If I remember correctly, there was 2 plates and plastic utensils for one or two people. We had a total of 5 in our room.
