Felt safe, room was nice/clean—-loved there was a Peloton (I miss mine when not home!!) 🙂 loved dog water bowl/welcoming for pets—-I didn’t have our foodie with me, but surely loved the hotel’s stance with that!!

Front staff seemed more interested in her phone than in customers!! Trash cans at bfast were overflowing and cups setting on cans—-stayed that way till I checked out at 11!! Large amy of coffee spilled on floor in front of front desk was there when I went down……..I ate breakfast, rode Peloton 30 min, took shower—-dried hair/dressed and checked out. Seemed like staff not interested in cleaning lobby!! And—-I had difficulty finding how to get to hotel/thru Starbucks parking lot!?!? GPS took me, but it looked/seemed odd and on a very busy road was confusing!! Could use signage!!

Very clean and modern. It may be small, but I loved the complimentary toiletry soaps and shampoos. Breakfast was small but fantastic and definitely hit the spot. Plenty of cold and hot options and delicious!

The pillows were uncomfortable and the lobby seating was closed off at night. I like to relax and make phone calls while sitting on the couches or other comfortable seating so as to not disturb the family and the sitting area was blocked off with stools and chairs. Definitely a minor issue specific to me, but just a minor inconvenience I experienced.

The room was very nice and provided everything we were looking for. We had spent the day travelling and were pleasantly happy with the comfort of the room. Your breakfast was just want we needed to start us on our way..

Getting in and out of location can be challenging. Traffic along your street is very busy and can be difficult to cross. Also the sign for your hotel seems to be dominated by your neighbour (Aloft). Can’t do much about the traffic, but a more prominent sign may help guest find your building.

I liked that there was no carpet in the rooms and I found the bed very comfortable. I liked the front doors and the positive messages conveyed.

Thought the free breakfast was just ok. The omelettes in the warmer were lukewarm and not hot enough. The bits of cheese wasn’t even melted. I really like it when hotels have make your own waffles. Your pancake maker was nothing to write home about. Very slow and one at a time. You had a very minimalist look which was ok.

Great location to a lot of places in Knoxville. Nice staff. Good size room. It is pet friendly which is nice if you need that.

there was a dog barking a couple rooms Down the entire time we were there. My daughter spilled some water on the floor pretty much as soon as we got into our room. when i cleaned it up the cloth was very dirty which made me wonder if the floor had been cleaned.

The location was great. My daughter had an interview with LMU, so the location was very convenient.

I paid for the hotel through Booking.com on November 24th. We arrived at the hotel on the 29th. A few days later the hotel charged for the room again. I noticed charges on December the 2nd. Whenever I called, I was told to send a copy of the credit card statement showing the double charge. I, in fact, did that. In correspondence with them, through email, over the past 3 weeks, they continue to tell me that they are waiting for the third party confirmation of payment. It’s been almost a month and this is yet to be resolved.

The bed was comfortable soft bedding, Room was nice and cool. Parking was easy and close to the building. Very clean facility inside and outside. Our room was very cozy and inviting. Would stay here again if in the area. I also liked that checkout was not until noon.

I think that breakfast could have had a few more options to choose from and maybe some more breakfast meat other than the sausage as it wasnt the best. But still appreciative of the free breakfast.

The front staff was so sweet. We met 3 different people. The man in the evening was precious and took our picture in our Shania Twain concert outfits! Our room did not have a blow dryer and a housekeeper was super sweet and got me one!

It was not the hotels fault but after the concert the elevator and hall smelled heavy of a cigarette smoke. The next morning the smell was indeed gone! The big trucks on the road did keep waking me up all night but I am a light sleeper. I would also recommend more gluten free options for breakfast, at least some gf bread for toast by request maybe.

The bed was very comfy , the pillows - just the way I like it, not some chunky cheap stuffing in it . Nice room ! Good shower! Very sweet older lady , who kept filling up breakfast food ! She was fantastic ! So genuinely caring !

Could not figure out how the inner window blinds close , not easy to spot .

the mattress and pillows were to soft and the fooseball table was messed up, someone had turned a couple of the plastic men upside down so it was not fun to play. otherwise everything else was fine
