Booked the room online about 3 weeks ago...process was easy, rate was competitive. My room was neat and clean, all the usual amenities, HVAC worked appropriately and was easy to use. We picked this one on Booking.com mainly because of location and proximity to the highway we were traveling on. Testimonials that breakfast was "wonderful" helped too. It was! We've had some really poor breakfast at other hotels lately. Booked a room for our return trip while we were there. Staff was outstanding.

Big increase in price from this visit to next visit due to it being 'college weekend'. We're just passing through...don't really care about the college game, just like a nice place to stay.

Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The room was cleaned daily, with clean towels provided without asking. Although only two doors down from ice maker, we never heard it. Breakfast was good and abundant. There was always food there during the morning breakfast hours. The attendant kept up, replenishing the food and drink before they were empty. The fruit was fresh. The colas in the hotel store were fairly priced, not outrageous like you find in most hotels.

The pool is glassed in at the lobby entrance. Felt a bit too exposed for our liking.

It was very clean and inviting. As you walked up to the entrance, you could see their indoor pool. You usually have to search for pools, but they had theirs on display, and it somehow made the hotel more inviting. The breakfast area was nicely decorated, and the staff was nice. The room was nice, and the beds were great with plenty of pillows.

We were traveling to several cities and hotels, so I'm not sure, but I think this hotel was the one with the slippery tub in the shower, could have used one of those rubber bath mats.

Proximity to everything, highway, restaurants, pharmacy…everything was close. And it was literally RIGHT off the interstate, but you didn’t feel code to the interstate once inside the property. It had a nice pool, though we didn’t use it. The breakfast area was very nice and the included breakfast was very good, hot and cold food, plenty of beverage options! All staff we encountered were wonderful.

I seriously only had one complaint, and it was something I could live with. I have had double knee replacements, and I generally require an ADA compliant toilet. And I never think to mention it, because I honestly never encounter a hotel that still has the very short toilets installed. Even in non-ADA rooms, it just never happens. So I was surprised to see that in our suite. It wasn’t a major deal for a one night stay, and it’s seriously the only thing ADA that I personally need. The shower was a shower/tub combo, but low enough to step over, so it was fine.

This place was spotless, I could smell the cleaner as I came in my room. I did end up receiving a double queen room instead of the king room I booked due to overbooking but that was the only downside to this stay our tv wouldn’t work at first but the lady from the front desk came to our room and finished setting it up for us! Staff was great currently booking my next stay here

I like everything about the hotel. It was clean, up to date, the staff was nice, the location is in a great place. It was easy to park. The guests respected each other and did not have all that noise going on.

I did not like that there was no orange juice to go with breakfast. I have to have orange juice with my breakfast. Also I expected the pool to be warmer than what it was. It was cold so I did not get to enjoy it. Other than those two things I did enjoy staying at this hotel and I will recommend it to anyone.

The room was large.

The total cost for one person for one night was $178 including tax in Knoxville Tennessee about 20 minutes from downtown at an exit off of Interstate 40. Yes, there was the annual Orange and White spring football game at UT/Knoxville but attendance was limited to 10,000. To my knowledge there were no other special events that would warrant a hike in room rates. This is a mid-range property that included an adequate, but not extravagant breakfast buffet.

It was clean, pleasant, courteous staff, smiles on all staff members, no arguing, everyone so helpful. Beds comfortable. There was an older couple from India that worked in housekeeping that are a benefit to your company and need to be recognized in some way by you they were amazing

The shower head was not good, it made it hard to take a decent shower with a minimal spray. Yes it was adjustable but there were no settings that provided a good shower spray

We loved the pool, the room and especially the locks on the door made me more comfortable.

There were no towels at the pool, the whole rack was empty both days we swam. We brought the ones from our room, but then didn't have any dry ones to shower with. Also our bathroom didn't have any handsoap, which was weird but not a huge deal because I travel with hand sanitizer. If it weren't for those two little things I'd say the trip was perfect.

It was very clean, room was big, easy check in, beds were very comfortable. It was right next to the fwy but hotel is very quiet. Seems like a good neighborhood, did not see any homeless people. Good breakfast. Definitely recommend staying there!

I did not recognize the hotel at first upon arriving because the color of the building (it’s grey) is different from the website. Also the parking entrance which is sort of hard to see is just before the fwy one so you can easily accidentally enter the fwy as I did.
