We were in town for a UT game and the location could not be beat. It was just steps from the adorable Market Square area and only about a 20 minute walk to the campus/stadium. Parking in the garage was so easy and inexpensive for a downtown hotel ($15/day). We were able to get an early check-in which was incredibly helpful with our plans for that day. The lobby and rooms were lovely, and our son thoroughly enjoyed his room service chicken tenders after the game. ;) We would definitely stay here again!

The location was outstanding. I could see the market square from our room, and it was a 90 second walk from the front door. The room was nice, but fairly basic. Beds were comfortable, and I loved the extra pillows.

I wish the elevator went all the way down to the parking garage. It was a bear carrying our luggage up the stairs from our car. Also, water pressure and warm water were scarce during prime bathing hours.

Very comfortable and clean. More amenities than I expected, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They were very kind when calling about our dog barking in the room. The rooms were great as was the location of the hotel- right across from the market square. Great for a one-night stopover but would book for longer too.

The location & people are amazing. The have a little store, a nice bar and everything was clean.

Figuring out how to get in the drive was tricky. I had to park on lower level and drag my suitcase up stairs because there was no elevator. When I got checked in only 1 of 2 elevators inside worked and you had to wait forever. I would have just taken the stairs but I was on the eighth floor.

Clean. Staff friendly. Easy check in. Great parking. Natalie went above and beyond to help with forgotten toothbrush and razor. Also had leak in shower while I was out and we were given a free upgrade and housekeeping staff is on point.

Clean. Great location in regards to the UT campus. And also the market square was great. The pool was clean and exercise rooms were nice.

I liked getting coffee before heading out except they ran out on my last day and it was too early to run out. For game weekend the hotel was quiet which was nice.

Getting in and out of the parking lot was very narrow. should be made wider especially since there is a parking fee. Also, would be nice if we were told that the rooms do not get cleaned every day, especially getting fresher towels.

The Crown Plaza had clean rooms and friendly staff. I had someone ask me if I needed a luggage cart as soon as I walked in the door which was extremely nice. The parking garage has a ton of space although it was a week night so I'm sure it gets more packed on the weekend. The location was awesome and was such a walkable area. There were many restaurants, breweries and multiple ice cream shops.

The hotel was amazing! Staff was excellent, the restaurant was perfectly priced and the food was great! Our room was spacious and VERY clean. Super comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of towels, and a variety of coffee and teas to choose from.

The only thing to note was that our mini fridge was truly mini, our to go food box from the hotel restaurant didn't fit and we had to put the box upright to close the door.

Would stay here again!! Perfect location staff was great. The female bartender in the library made awesome drinks!!! Rooms were spacious and extremely comfortable can't say enough about how great our stay was!!

The cleaning of the rooms could be better, they don’t take the dirty cutlery and mugs from the previous day, they don’t vacuum clean the room regularly.
