Front desk Tyler was very friendly and accommodating. Room was spacious, clean and nice. Everything worked! Bed was very comfortable. Hot breakfast was absolutely delicious. Definitely worth every penny. On our trip we had to stay at a different hotel the following night AT THE Same PRICE and it was not clean, not friendly, and toilet and TV were broken, and no breakfast. In the future we'll look to book at Clarion all the time!

Everything was perfect!! We have absolutely no complaints. We encourage everyone to book this hotel! I did move the TV from the sitting room to the bedroom. I would recommend keeping it there.

The hotel was very clean throughout, also the rooms were clean, and spacious , beds are soft and very comfy

No microwave in the rooms

we were informed this was a 2 star rating inn. we were looking to stay overnight so a 2 star rating wasn't a deterrent. we were pleasantly surprised with the the clean room. will definitely book this inn on are way to Florida and back. have it in our gps destination

what could be better is the unpleasant odor upon entering the room. a stale odor which we have encountered at other inns as well. not sure what you can do about this .problem. the breakfast could be more upgraded.

The room was comfortable and clean. I really liked the handicap-accessible shower and that the room was located on the ground floor near the entrance. The breakfast had a variety of options and was a convenient place to eat before getting back on the road.

We were a little disappointed that the pool was closed. The door entrance to the pool had a sign that it was closed by the health department. Which I am sure is a temporary issue that will be resolved soon.

The " men" working the front desk were very polite and cordial. When I encountered them they always asked if everything was ok and was there anything I needed. Very professional attitudes and people oriented, which is something I've rarely seen and experienced when I've traveled and stayed at different hotels.Also the bartender in the lounge was very engaging and welcoming with her sexy self!

The comforter in my room was dirty but when I travel I always take bedding with me just encase I encounter this problem. Female at the front desk was not cordial at all that's why any questions I had was directed to the men. Also the water would back up in the sink and drain slowly out.

Very clean, nice restroom, wonderful bed and bedding, wonderful priced room. Great breakfast.

Though the room and amenities were great, the carpet and walls need updated and the lobby could be a little more inviting; however, for the money spent it went beyond expectations.

Front desk clerk is always courtesy and helpful. He represents the establishment well. The weight room is a plus also.

Fire alarm went off at 3 o'clock in the morning but nobody had an explanation why. Female front desk clerks are not very welcoming. Since they are the first ones you see when you walk into the hotel, they are the face of the company. Not polite at all! Regardless of who you are, if you're not a people person..this is not the job for you !!

We had a very pleasant stay, the room was clean, and no signs of bugs or black mold like others had said in their reviews. The bed and pillows were were super comfortable, in fact we both slept better than we had in a while. There were no smells of cigarette smoke or any other odors like other reviewers had said. The bath towels were nice and soft, there was an assortment of toiletries in the bathroom as well. We didn't have any issues with our room or the hotel, and will be staying there when we're in Knoxville again.

When i first got there my room was a little toasty, went to the front desk and they got us in a new room that felt way better

Only thing was the bar area wasnt open.
