Clean, fresh and nice .. breakfast was mid but other than that I really enjoyed my stay.. The night crew lady Andy I think was her name was amazing and super friendly

Front desk was always attended. I found all the staff friendly, talkative, and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet -we were 4th floor in back away from street which I'm sure contributed to that- with lots of space, couch and chairs. Plenty of amenities like towels and soaps for three night stay. Everything worked such as lights, TV, fridge, microwave, etc. Lots of easily reached outlets for chargers and power cords and wife's med equipment. Breakfast was standard for most hotels in the price range but was very well done and plentiful each morning.

Beds were VERY tall (but comfortable with lots of pillows). Had to push a footstool over for my 4' 11" wife to climb into the bed, LOL.

Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was very clean. Our room was sanitized and spotless. It even smelled clean.The staff was very friendly.

The mattress has seen its better days and needs to be replaced. It was a king-size mattress with divets on each side and a hump in the middle. The pillows also need to be replaced. They were lumpy. Thankfully, there was an extra pillow in the closet that worked. Our overall stay was great. I don't really want to complain. It just needs to be brought to someone's attention. it is just ordinary wear and tear. Lighting is always an issue. There was no comfortable way to put on makeup with sufficient light.

Staff was great, friendly and very accommodating. Beds were extremely comfortable! Breakfast was decent, always ready and available. Check in and out was a breeze.

This was a trip to just lay around, eat, watch TV, maybe do a little Knoxville shopping. Direct TV was very disappointing!! Made do with the only two stations worth turning too, Hallmark Christmas movies and HGTV and that gets old after a while. The old dramas, mystery, and "who done it" shows and movies were no where to be found!

Loved the indoor pool. It was refreshing. They had lemon ice water in the lobby which was a treat. The breakfast was delicious. Staff were cordial and helpful. I was able to get a step stool to get into the high king bed.

The fire alarm went off early in morning and the elevator didn't work. The staff did work on getting it fixed quickly. We were glad we weren't in a hurry and could wait to bring down our luggage 4 flights. Staff kept was informed.

Room was very nice. Breakfast was edible and the facilities were comfortable. Staff was helpful and accommodating.

The only thing in the gym that I wanted to use was the treadmill. It was a very sorry piece of equipment that was barely functional. The milage meter was unusable. I was very disappointed since it was rainy most of the time that I was at the hotel and I had to go out to walk. The neighborhood was not very good for walking. No sidewalks and dangerous streets to walk on.

It seemed clean and it was quiet. I was a little worried being next to a fire station but we didn't hear anything.

These are small complaints: I hate that everyone is making beds so high. They are hard to get in for us short people. I have muscle issues and I just wish the bed was a little softer. I wish there was a guide for the tv. I also wish that there were different bread options like English muffins. The plain bread didn't look good and the bagels are too much. Yes, something small to complain about but you asked what I didn't like. The tread mill in the exercise room needs some help. Our biggest complaint is trying to get out of the parking lot in the morning...lots of traffic.

Had a two-day trip with my sister just to relax and the hotel was wonderful. Didn't get to use the pool which had all intentions to but it looked inviting. Love comfort inn's beds and pillows.

The toilet was not fastened good to the floor and it moved and squeak every time it was used and the bathtub creaked and popped you thought you were going to fall through the floor. Other than that the room was perfect.

Hotel was clean and staff friendly and responsive. We were in a handicapped accessible room which was fine, but the shower conversion seemed a little shotty. The fitness center consisted of one bike, one treadmill and an elliptical with a small stack of weights in the corner. However, overall it was a pleasant stay and I would stay there again.

The staff was excellent! Very friendly. When we arrived to our room. Like I do at all hotels, I check the bed and sheets. One bed did have a nasty looking stain, we informed the staff downstairs and he responded very quickly asking if we would like a new room or new sheets. We had them change all the beddings . The housekeeping staff was very friendly as well as the maintenance guy that helped her out. The breakfast bar was good. And location was fine. Right off the interstate. The indoor pool was a bonus for my kids. It is quite small but it worked the same none the less. The beds were comfy that’s a plus also… We would stay here again.
