200.00 cash up front because I live 20 miles away from hotel. They will check on my room before I check out. If they are satisfied they will give my money back, at check out. Unrealistic, room paid for before I got there. Then cash 200$ . We go on a small getaway and they expect this from us.. Should be said at the time of booking. I would not have chosen this place. Killed the spirit of a little mini vacation. Room clean but smelled of Indian incense. Tub clean, slippery with whatever they sprayed it. Lucky for the handel bar in shower. Will never stay there again. Blow dryer inside coil sparked.

Comfortable bed and great pressure in the shower. Shower wouldn’t work for tall people but we didn’t have that issue since we were a group of shorter female’s. Percy who worked in the breakfast area was very generous and made my daughter a waffle 30 minutes after they shutdown the breakfast. He also made sure my mom and I had plenty to eat. We were late getting up due to loud neighbors hanging out in front of our room in the middle of the night.

People outside our room were very loud which wasn’t an issue with property as much as inconsiderate people who don’t think about others.

Staff was generally helpful and friendly.

The front desk had different opinions on what the cleaning schedule was. Told us after three days that service was only every other day, and we needed to call the next day for service. When we did call, we were told that we requested no service. The room itself was clean, but the sink had no aerator, and the water would just glop out and go everywhere . The main door was improperly repaired, causing it to stick opening and closing.

Easy access to ground floor room, clean room, comfortable bed.

Added $50 deposit I wasn’t aware of. On leaving, wanted a receipt but no one was available at the desk. Another customer was also wanting a receipt, and so we started calling out and finally started to walk around the desk to knock on the door when a lady came out and said we didn’t need one, and when we said we needed one she said “it will take a while”, then she printed one off for each of us. We’re sorry if we woke her up, but I don’t think a receipt is asking too much.

Breakfast was fine. It was the usual continental with waffles. There was a gentleman host that helped with everything and was super nice.

I didn't like that the outside doors remained open all the time! Anyone at all could come and go as they pleased. It was also cold on this trip so the whole inside with the pool stayed cold. Close the doors so that we have to use our keys to get in. Don't scrimp on your clients safety! Didn't like that they automatically took a $200 damage deposited out at time of checkin..

I stayed for 3 nights. The breakfast was good, they have an attendant in the breakfast area all the time, so you never run out of anything. Location was extremely convenient for me. Easy access to gas, food, etc. I found it a quiet place, considering it looked pretty busy in the car park. Everything worked as it should. Plenty of hot water. Towels and sheets were changed out. Nice TV in the room. The location felt safe to me. Great value for money. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The rooms are a little older and have a few things that are a bit wonky, but it didn't bother me. Would have liked to see a couple of USB ports for charging. A couple more hangers on the rail would have been nice.

Loved the big windows and rooms right at the pool. Clean rooms. Percy the maintenance man was extremely helpful. Even the parking right next to the entrance near our rooms was great. Hot water and love the products left for us to use.

The beds were hard and really hurt our backs but that was the only thing. This is just an idea but maybe have 2 bins near the pool- one with towels for the pool and one bin for the dirty towels. Just an idea!!!!

Friendly staff especially the breakfast attendant. The furniture around the pool area and outside of our inside room. Was nice to relax on and just be able to have a place outside the room to sit. Very basic Continental breakfast. Sufficed.

Bathroom was very small. Shower fixture was very short for a tall husband. Had some very loud children at the pool area, screaming for a couple hours and no one ever said anything to them.

I just wanted to share my experience with you. I recently stayed at your hotel and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and presentable the room was. It was also conveniently located close to where I parked my car. The front desk area was spotless and welcoming, and the clerk there was incredibly accommodating and friendly. He was so warm and made me feel like we were long-time friends reunited.

There was an ice machine, pool and the breakfast staff was amazing!

There was water right at the lobby and the lady staff that worked overnight refused to let us get water. It was at midnight and I was told check in was until 3 am so we assumed that the doors was open. She didn’t let us in. She just smiled and shook her head. No words were said on her part at all. Not one word uttered.
