Great location right off the Interstate! The hotel was nice ,modern and clean with free breakfast and an outdoor pool. I booked a standard king room with a king size bed that had nice clean linens and comfortable bed pillows, huge stand alone shower with Dove shampoo ,conditioner ,body wash ,hand soap and lotion provided, sofa with a pull out bed, microwave and small refrigerator/freezer.

My only issue is that I was given a room right behind the elevator with a door that closed very hard so I constantly had to hear the banging of the elevator door, day and night!

The room was very clean, nice breakfast, hotel itself very clean, nice staff. Would stay again - hopefully items mentioned below will not happen again.

We were very happy with the stay but there was no body soap in the shower so had to climb out and get the face gel soap. Also old bar of soap was left in the shower. The light in the entrance to room was out (they were out of bulbs apparently). Husband went down to the desk and the gal said she didn't know where they kept the bar soap. So husband had to wash with the bar soap left by someone else (yuk). Also, we stayed at this same hotel a few days prior. Husband got food poisoning shortly after - not sure if it was hotel or Mexican restaurant across the street. They did give us some points for our trouble but I was not impressed with that.

The breakfast was adequate. I don't eat a big breakfast when I'm on the road , so it was OK .

The booking experience was absolutely painful and costly. Having to book thru a third party rather than directly at the facility was very bad. When we called the booking agent to confirm our reservation, we were told there was no reservation for us. When we got to the hotel we were charged for two rooms. The desk person said she was unable to delete the second room, so we had to pay for two rooms when we only use one. We tried to call the booking number but was left on hold listening to elevator music twice for over an hour both tines. I'll never book thru this booking agent/company again.

Typical hotel breakfast, which is pretty much the same throughout all hotel chains at this mid-level pricing. At least the food was at appropriate temperatures. The room was clean, for the most part. The morning staff at my check out time was very friendly, as was most of the staff working the food service.

There was only light roast coffee in the cafe area. I had to walk out into the lobby if I wanted dark roast or decaf. Seating is arranged so that some people can get "trapped" in their seating if they are near the window. Although the seating area is limited, it seemed that an improved seating arrangement can be made. I didn't like the lack of smoker's stands around the side doors. The smoking area in front also seemed to be set so as to force guests to walk through smoke when entering and exiting the front door.

It’s impeccably clean and welcoming, with its lemon iced water & cookies & festive St Patrick’s Day decorations. It was immediately obvious that management cares about the customer experience from the moment the electric doors slide open and you walk in. Staff is friendly & inviting, not like some hotels that leave you feeling you’ve just interrupted their work. Breakfast was a real treat, and Patty, who runs the show, is an excellent representative of what Holiday Inn promises as a quality experience. She treats the breakfast room like her personal dining room, and her food service like her personal kitchen. It felt like eating breakfast at Mom’s or Grandma’s, or your favorite aunt’s home.

Ice maker on 3rd floor was out of commission. There should be something done to restrict oversized pickups & large Suburban-sized vehicles from parking in the narrow spaces in the front of the hotel, or restripe for wider spaces. Having cars so close that doors can’t open without hitting other guests cars should be an immediate concern to address.

Property was conveniently located near the I-75 freeway. It was a Holiday Inn, which is usually notable for cleanliness and Customer Service. Property Manager Kim was very helpful and was very concerned with our customer satisfaction.

There was a small issue with the room, as mistakes do happen; however, customer service representative Kim was very helpful, and very concerned with our customer satisfaction. She compensated us for the issue and was very cordial and polite. We would definitely consider staying here again.

The hotel was very clean. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, from the front desk to maintenance workers. Hot, fresh chocolate chip cookies throughout the day was such a nice touch. The room was clean, and I really liked having the full-size bottles of Dove products in the bathroom.

I didn't like how the air conditioning would only cool down the room if you were in it. We would come in, and it would be stuffy until it cooled down, and it would get warm in the night. My family didn't agree that it was warm, but they say I freeze them.

The breakfast was ok but not as good as I had hoped for. Scrambled eggs instead of those weird omelets would have been better. On the bright side the black out curtains in the room were wonderful and very effective. Also the coffee machines in the lobby are great!

Breakfast was great and staff accommodating. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I liked the large step in shower with the large mounted bottles of shampoo, etc. They had cookies and lemon flavored water at front desk area. I didn't try the cookies, but nice touch. I did fill my water bottle which was nice and convenient as I got back on the road.

Ice was only on the first floor, but quick easy access to it. I don't have any negative thoughts and would definitely stay again.

The king room we had was very nice and clean. We had a couch as well which was nice. The linens were clean. The bed was more on the firm side but we had a good nights rest.

There was renovations to the dining area in the front which was a disappointment because we looked forward to the breakfast that had great reviews. They did have some breakfast choices like biscuits that you could warm up in the microwave that was provided in our room. They also had cereal, yogurt, and fruit options. The noise of the renovation wasn’t too bad even with us being on the first floor.
