We requested an end unit lower level because we were traveling with yappy chihuahuas. They honored our request and we were in RM 101. Perfect. The room was clean. Beds comfortable. Lot of options for eating within walking distance. The rate per night was reasonable. My husband said this particular Red Roof Inn was the best one he has stayed in the Knoxville area.

I like to take baths and the tub was an eyesore. Black electrical tape around the drain and the porceline was peeled off on the tub surface in an area. The door lock system was loose and needed to be tightened up. Security issue. Was the worse offering for a continental breakfast that I have ever seen. Cold cereal, muffins, juice, coffee only. No fruit, no protein! Not even granola bars.

Breakfast included, very clean and well managed. Walking distance to a couple of restaurants. Starbucks right across the street. Nice middle courtyard. Microwave and fridge.

Perhaps add some boiled eggs for protein or yogurt or cream cheese and bagels for breakfast. But if that increases price then no worries ;)

The room was odor free, clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable and the water is hot. A coffee maker, microwave, and fridge is in the room. The air conditioner was quiet and efficient. Breakfast included a hot waffle maker option.

The room, especially the bathroom, is small. They also collect a $100 refundable deposit at check in for possible damages. If you use a credit card, that takes about a week to clear.

The room was exactly how and where I wanted it on the first floor. It was very clean with all the necessities in the room. However the breakfast was a notice for me.

Accepts pets. We were traveling with our indoor cat and the manager and I had a nice chat about our kitties. Very comfortable bed, right amount of firmness. Small fridge and microwave in the room. the hotel is next to an Applebees so we could walk there instead of driving again after a very long day on the road.

Due to the recent sub-zero freezing and snow, the door locks were acting wonky. Had to get front desk to come open our door several times because the key card wouldn’t work. A minor inconvenience; hope it resolves with Warner, more normal, weather conditions.

The guy at the counter was super nice! The business felt family owned and I like that.

The construction going on across the street and in the area, but that has nothing to do with the property. It just made it tricky getting in and out a couple times.

The staff was helpful and friendly and very family oriented.The pool was clear and clean. The property was well kept and our room smelled great upon our arrival. Although we didn't travel with a pet, we appreciate the pet friendly policy.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The layout felt open and as if we were somewhere more tropical or beachy. The beds were very comfortable and their pet policy is the best I’ve found.

Within walking distance of several restaurants, but not in a super busy area.

Deadbolt broken in room. Orange machine broken-only drink for breakfast was hot water or coffee.

This was a very nice Red Roof Inn, we often travel with our dog and really liked the location and the room was very nice.
