Nice spacious room with comfortable bed and pillows. All the needed appliances were there and in working order, including a good desk/workspace. We really enjoyed full room service and coming back to the room with empty trash cans and fresh towels. Sound insulation between rooms was good.

The complimentary free breakfast was uninspired, but the waffles came out just right, with a crispy crust and soft center. Room lighting is always similar to what should be found in a cave, in spite of an abundance of lights in the room. Sound insulation from the room to the street/outdoors was poor.

The hotel is centrally located, so it doesn’t take long to get to any location in Knoxville. There was an ample Number of restaurants nearby. The room was nice and clean and had hardwood floors.

The Staff Were Very Helpful And It Was Very Clean And I Had One of the Best Nights Sleep beds Are Comfortable And Clean ,I Would Stay There Again And Will Tell My Family And Friends About It .The Only Thing Was The High Deposit Of $150 but I Understand Why

There Wasn't Anything Besides the deposit ,It worked out tho .I Will Stay Again In the Future Hopefully Longer My next Stay

Hotel was good with great staff. The hotel is older Than other Quality Inn & Choice Hotels I've stayed. Biggest thing it needs a complete remodeling inside & out. This don't reflect on the staff as they were professional & courteous throughout the stay.

Lady at front desk was very nice

The room was good, not really complaining. Bed was comfortable. The floors were not clean. I spilled water on the floor and cleaned it up. Floors had definitely not been mopped.

The location is amazing, right where we wanted to be in Knoxville. The breakfast was simple but delicious and the front desk staff was great, kind and very responsive at any time (including late night), and helpful too. I had an issue unrelated to the Inn that they were very understanding and I could not have solved without them. Really enjoyed my stayed there.

I like that it quiet the fact that was pretty well clean the floor maybe could use a little better tension got out of the shower just to have black feet from just coming out of the tub and into the room then but other than that it was nice

But other than just saying it up top there with what I did like the floor could use a little more attention and other than that it was pretty decent safe

The location was really nice and quiet. There are stores and restaurants conveniently located near the hotel. The room was clean, and the staff was very polite and patient.

The staff were very nice. The room was clean. We liked having a fridge and microwave in our room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The breakfast was good with a nice varity.

Not a big deal but the bed didn't get made and we ran out of tp.
