The location was easy to find. It had plenty of parking. The hotel was very nice. It was very comfortable and the room had enough room or visiting family to hangout. Close to many food options. Plenty of shopping, parks, and entertainment near by. The hotel was very quiet. The room was set up so that you had sleeping areas, office desk, and a relaxing corning. It was overall a very nice place to stay. I would definitely recommend it to others, and when the time comes i would definitely stay there again. Thank you!

The location was great. Shopping and restaurants close by.

There was no laundry facilities. Not just this hotel but most of them now you have to ask for towel and wash cloths every day. If you have 2 people staying for 7 days, they need more than 3 towels and wash cloths. Policy is to change sheets on the fourth day, I had to ask on the fifth day to have ours changed. The beds are to close to the wall. The person that sleeps next to the wall has to crawl up the bed to get in the bed.

The property was nice and in a good location.

The room wasn't cleaned every day. We were there 3 nights. Our room wasn't touched. Apparently they only clean every 4th day. This wasn't a cheap place and I really felt disappointed in they're policy on housekeeping. Covid is over. There's no excuse for housekeeping not to clean daily. When we left our trash cans were overflowing. And I made the bed every day.

This is a classic hotel in the center of Oak Ridge with a totally 80s architectural style that is unapologetically preserved and very cool. Not your boring box hotel. Rooms are updated with modern amenities. We loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool and swimming outside in late November. All of the staff were very friendly and we enjoyed the food and beverages at the restaurant/bar. Hotel is close to a nice walking trail and within walking distance of a movie theatre.

We were supposed to have breakfast included and it wasn’t. There was supposed to be 15.00 breakfast voucher but the restaurant was closed! There was no compensation for us having to go out and buying breakfast!

The room was great along with the bar and very cold beer.

If you book through booking.com, breakfast is NOT free. It's only free if you book a room through the hotel. That's kinda a crock but the guy at the front desk didn't really care what we thought!

Everyone was super friendly. We stayed in town to visit the local offroad park. we arrived a day early and the staff helped us add an extra day to our stay. they made sure our first room was our only room, so we didnt have to move our luggage. we did have to go down and get a new key on the day of the original reservation, however the front desk had a key ready to go bright and early. i didnt have to wait at all. everyone was super accommodating

due to covid, housekeeping isnt cleaning the rooms each night during the stay. however i understand this is to protect employees and guests. they were having work done on the plumbing and this made the water turn brown in the sinks/showers
