Check In. Reservation was not received in a timely manner. When I tried to check in, I was told no reservation had come thru to holiday in with my name. While I was searching for some kind of confirmation, the reservation came thru, approx 2 hrs later. Not sure why it was so delayed, but very frustrating.

People. Restaurant for dinner was handy & good food. Pool a plus. Definitely would highly recommend others, great hotel...

All the teams some created a lot of noise, very crowded breakfast area. Appreciate being put on top floor helped a lot to sleep/rest. Difficult to find a closer parking spot.

I loved the friendliness of the staff. The lobby was very welcoming and warm comfortable feeling. It was kinda a last minute book for my birthday on October 9th 2023. I got up the morning of the 10th for my birthday. Got my eat on with the amazing buffet breakfast I had. Tina the server was so friendly. Then went for a nice peaceful swim in the pool what was indoor outdoor. The hot tub was relaxing. I will definitely be staying at the Holiday Inn on Cedar Bluff in Knoxville TN again.

Right off the interstate. So many restaurants and shopping near by. Staff was friendly.

Having to pay for breakfast. The beds were hard. Toilet needs to be replaced, the handle gets stuck, and the water continues to run. Very small bathroom.

Very nice and comfortable room and staff was friendly. Also, great breakfast buffet with a lot of choices. Was also in a convenient location with easy access to the interstate and convenient to Parkwest Hospital where my wife was hospitalized

Can't think of anything negative and everything was good.

Everything from the front door to the basketball room. The staff, Jennifer, was the greatest!

There was nothing I didn’t like. She treated my family so great. My son was shipping out for Navy and they were so considerate of our family!

Very convenient, loved restaurant in hotel, our room was close to outside doors which is what we requested

The price was a lot higher than we paid anywhere else on our trip, and all other places we stayed were very comparable in amenities.

It was very clean and comfortable would definitely ssstay here again

They secretly charged me 60$ for a dog fee after they told me that they didn't charge for dogs then when I left they took out that money separately and I even told them before check in and it was fine then after I leave it changes

Cafe- the workers Christine & Sydney were amazing and so helpful Bar- great food, good atmosphere Rooms- spacious, clean,stocked , comfy Staff- helpful during our time of need, patient, nice

April, our waitress, was personality plus, making the breakfast atmosphere one to look forward to. Breakfast, either from the menu or buffet, was perfectly cooked, presented, and adequate. Precious, at the main desk, was very pleasant, engaging, and efficient. She made the check-in and check-out as quickly dealt with as could have been done. Kudos to the staff!
