We stayed in Room 506, which turned out to be a handicapped-accessible room (though we didn’t need that feature). The room was a good size with a large bathroom. It even had a chair in the bathroom that was handy for holding towels and other things. The room location was convenient, close to the elevator, and the view from the 5th floor was nice. The room itself was a very good value. Everything worked well. Breakfast was hot and offered the usual items like egg patties, two types of sausage, biscuits, bagels, bread, cereal, a waffle maker, juices, and more. We also enjoyed the complimentary cookies available in the lobby.

The one negative is that there was nowhere to hang clothes. The closet had a full shelf right in the middle of the vertical space, and there was no hanging bar at all. An ironing board was tucked diagonally below the shelf.

The hotel is in a great location in Knoxville, about mid point from downtown and also Turkey Creek. So I would say the best of both worlds if you want to get around. Close to the interstate, but not right one it, and far enough away that you dont need to worry about road noise. The restaurants around it are fine. A good Chinese restaurant close by, fast food, all that. Traffic easy to get around.

The hotel is a little warned around the edges. Bums and paint has been used off. Could use some updating, but I do believe they are working on that. Staff could not be any nice.

Cleaning staff was excellent 👍 Check ✔️ in staff was always helpful & polite. We are both handicapped and are in wheelchairs. I did not ask for a handicap room, none were available. My chair is smaller than my husband's so he used it to go to to bathroom, his will not fit thru the door.(too big). But, it was a little inconvenient but, we made it work. It was peaceful and quiet and parking was a dream, it made loading and unloading the chairs a dream. I want to commend everyone for such a fantastic job. The only thing I missed was tissues and a heavy cover for the bed in the room. My husband has cancer and gets really cold even with the heat on high. I have to be very careful that he did get pneumonia. Thank you for such a comfortable and peaceful sleep. The beds were soft and comfortable.

Need tissues Heavier blanket for room put in closet for guests who need them. The pool was not open

Good location. Friendly staff. Didn't get a chance to check out the breakfast since we had to be at our destination by 7 am, which is when breakfast started. Beds were comfy as well.

The bathroom was subpar. Needed to be updated. And the shower head in our room wasn't working properly. It had different settings. On the normal setting, it leaked out the bottom more than what came thru the nozzle. It only stopped leaking when it was on the "circus elephant" setting, which about knocks you out of the shower.

We have stayed here alot over the past several months. Always a great stay!

The staff is always very professional and accommodating to our needs except Charles. Charles is very unprofessional, rude and doesn't care about people. He always charges my card multiple times when I have had a split card payment and it puts a fraud alert on my card. I have to always call my card company to get the alert off of my account. He also will argue with you that he didn't do it and I can see 3 alert notifications immediately when he does it. As being an accountant and a manager for years, he would not be on my payroll. He has done this several times that we have stayed here. Everyone else is wonderful. We have truly enjoyed our stay other than the problem with Charles!

The staff were professional and friendly. The pool was clean and at a good temperature. I was only slightly disappointed that they no longer have a hot tub, but oh well. They do have a small fitness room, although I did not use it; it looked clean and well-maintained. We would happily stay here again.

There were a couple of ladybugs or stink bugs in the room when we first arrived, near the window, which my husband had to squish. Otherwise, the room was clean and the staff were professional and friendly.

The room was a good size and it was clean. Basic but good breakfast. Coffee / hot chocolate etc available at reception all the time We stayed 1 night as part of our road trip - easy to find and plenty of parking We had our dog with us and he was an additional $25 for the night which I felt was acceptable.

The air conditioning unit was very loud and made me jump as I was falling asleep, so had to put it on continuous so I could get used the noise instead of it going off and on

So I was sceptical about this hotel especially because I was bringing my kids because of the reviews but honestly I really didn't find anything to complain about! The room was clean, the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom and shower were nice with grannate counters. There was a microwave and a small fridge stored away under the TV and the room we had had 2 queen beds and we were able to fit a playpen between both and still have alot of room to walk around. The soaps and shampoos in the bathroom smelled kinda plain and there was only a tiny bottle of shampoo not even enough for 1 person but that's really the only thing. The location is great and within a few miles of things like Walmart and the arcade. And the Knoxville zoo was only 20 min away. The blonde guy who checked us in was super nice and it was a easy and fast check in when I was worried because many comments said the front desk lady was rude but we only delt with her when leaving and she was nice. Upon arrival I didn't know if the exterior of the main entrance was still being repaired but it was completely fixed. The breakfast is standard hotel food but they had a variety and the main thing was they had things my kids liked to eat, especially the fresh waffle, we all enjoyed them every morning we stayed. We will be staying here again when we visit Tennessee.

The only ice machine that worked was on the 1st floor and we were in 4th so we had to use the elevator alot.

We enjoyed the pool it was small but with our 1 year old it was perfect size. I enjoyed the spaciousness of the room and the soft mattress . All in all it was a good spot to stay while visiting family.

I did not care for the pillows not firm enough, and was not a fan of the desk chair the way it tilts made me nervous I would fall backwards. Of course none of these are a mark against the hotel just personal preference.

The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. The room was great; nicely sized and the bed was very comfortable. Most importantly after traveling by car all day, the water was hot and the shower pressure was very good!

The breakfast was decent, the meats (bacon and sausage)and eggs were undercooked for my tastes; however they did have waffles and bagels as well as muffins. Not bad overall.
