Staff was friendly and informative when asked for suggestions. The rooms were very clean as well as the facilities itself. Also very secure. Average 15-20 minutes to downtown and UT campus.

Stayed there for price because of UT football game. It is more suited for long-term stay. Not as much in room amenities. Ie coffee maker (was available downstairs) or hair dryer (available at front desk). Wouldn't stop me from staying again though. It did have full kitchen, ie microwave, full size refrigerator and 2 burner cook top. You would need to bring plates, pots and pans exctra.

No breakfast serve , and need to improve the coffee serve in the lobby taste like mud , I couldn't even drink the coffee, Your staff need to be train how to operate the Laundry facility.

Improve your staff knowledge on the facility. Get rid off your coffee , Use a vendor for coffee machine that will provide service all other necessary thing for the machine Provide good environment at least for the guest to come back . After all we paid a good money for a 12 days stay.

Location

It should have the amenities of a hotel room- iron, coffee maker, and hairdryer. It should have pots and pans and dishes and silverware if there is a flat top stove. I expected it from my last travel there and did not have those things. I had to bring my own stuff. Challenging since I traveled 18 hours.

Like the hotel, staff is great.

I wish they cleaned the rooms. During an 8 day, not once was the room cleaned. That is something that should be done at least after 2 to 3 days' stay. There is too much noise. Neighbors on both sides were loud, music, tv even after quiet hours.

Close to UT . Great area with every store you can think of and restaurants too ! Room was very clean and bed was comfortable

We took our 2 dogs which was great and extremely cheap added fee however the “exercise “ area is extremely small we actually walked our dogs across the street to a much bigger grassy area

The staff was amazing. After having issues with my company card, they assisted with solutions. The room was clean and comfy. My fourth stay here, and they have never fallen short of incredible.

The cleanliness of the rooms AND the mag locks on the doors after hours. I enjoyed the friendless of the staff along with the comfort of the beds. The shower looked super clean

Someone pushed the rubber base in on the walls by the bed, and it annoyed me. I wish I could've pulled it back to normal so I didn't see how short the drywall stopped lol

The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the girl at the front desk at check in as well the maintenance guy who promptly responded to our small issue. Would recommend 10/10 times! Great value and would definitely stay again!

Great beds, very clean! Loved having access to laundry!

The walls were thin, could hear everything and there were people living there that walked and stomped through all day. The vents in the bathroom need to be cleaned, they were covered in gray dust.

It was good I did get locked out. We were parked in back and I went to get coffee (none left and no cups) and couldn’t get back to the back exit and walked around building. I think I was more frustrated at no cups /coffee than the walk
