Excellent property in every aspect! Exceptionally clean and spacious! Night staff was very friendly. Great price! Loved the full size refrigerator. Will definitely be staying at this location again!

Again we booked a king room and was given a queen and not made aware of the changes but the room was still very spacious and more than comfortable. Day staff was not near as friendly as the night staff and house keeping kept knocking on door trying to get in before 12 which was the checkout time. Breakfast was mediocre and not many choices. Did not have a designated smoking area.

Very clean and they fulfilled my request for a quiet room by giving me one at the end of the hall, which I liked. I liked the large breakfast. Loved the large room.

Unfortunately the hotel was pretty close to highway so there was a fair bit of traffic noise until pretty late at night. The lighting was wonky- had to keep the key in slot and wasn’t able to see at night when took it out. The thermostat was a bit hard to figure out. It was 65 degrees when I got to room so instead of being able to turn AC to higher temp I had to turn on the heat! Once it warmed up then I had to switch back to AC but took a bit to figure out how to get the setting to good temp.

We loved the room itself, it was spacious and very large. There were four of us and we all had lots of room. Beds were super comfortable, the bathroom was huge and super clean! There were lots of restaurants and shopping near by, staff was really helpful and very nice. After a disappointing stay in a Universal Orlando Resort that was twice the price of this hotel, our stay at The Element was very appreciated!

The cleanliness and style of the hotel gives it a nice look and style to it. It’s simple and minimalist design is eye catching and is sure to catch the attention of guests.

While the breakfast had an array of different kinds of foods, portions of the food were pretty small and while this won’t be a problem for most people it can prove dissatisfactory. However, the fact that the food is very well made and cooked on the spot in the kitchen sets it apart from other traditional hotel breakfasts.

My stay was diminished by the poor housekeeping on the second floor. Despite being there for 4 days my bed was never attended to, my coffee service was never refilled, my used towel remained hanging on the door despite, getting new towels every other day. I was saddened as it was not reflective of the Marriott brand.

Suite was a good size and I liked that it had filtered water available through the sink. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good, the option of actual cooked food by someone else was really nice. The egg white tacos were very tasty. Location was very convenient to the interstate.

Parking wasn't awful but could be more. Views was pretty limited.

the front desk staff, especially Mary G she was exceptional. upon arrival she was friendly and welcoming it was extremely late when we arrived our room was not one that I particularly liked but it was late and we were going to make it work, but the blinds weren't working and we were on the 1st floor and our beds were facing the parking lot so that wouldn't have worked. so we informed Mary G of the issue and she quickly upgraded us to a King suite which we weren't expecting such grand accommodations and needless to say our stay went from just having a place to lay our heads to feeling at home. however, there were some issues. I'm a forner assistant, General Manager of Hilton Hotels, but my husband and i never heard of your property before and wanted to deviste from our normal Hilton accommodations. However, no matter where i stay, Q/A is something i look for, so i noticed a few things . having a key to turn the lights on was different but not a deterrent. the tray where the coffee pot is stationed wasn't clean. the table in front of the window has some sort of hard plastic stain on it The ottoman in front of the sofa wasn't clean, the pillows on the sectional need to be cleaned, and the windows are filled with dead bugs the shade in the living area is frayed needs to be changed, the shower could use a shower shelf or caddy to hold your items, and we found a dunkin donuts bag under the sofa along with someone's apple ear buds which we turned onto the front desk staff. since im a person who travels with my own cleaning supplies, I always bring products to clean areas that I use to make my stay comfortable. however, I would stay again because the overall cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The entire property was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The attention to detail was evident, and everything appeared new and modern. Additionally, its convenient location near the interstate route made it a perfect choice for travelers. Highly recommended!

While the hotel itself was pleasant and offered many amenities, I must express my disappointment with the service provided by the Cook Chef. Unfortunately, during my stay, I encountered an ongoing issue with the speed of service at the restaurant. The Cook Chef was consistently working at an extremely slow pace, resulting in long waiting times and substantial lines forming daily. As a guest, it was frustrating to see that the slow service persisted throughout my entire stay, leaving a negative impression on an otherwise enjoyable experience at your establishment. I understand that busy periods can be challenging, but it seemed like this was a recurring problem that needed to be addressed

Very clean hotel with welcoming staff!! Rooms were spacious and wonderful. Just what we were needing for our family of 6. Beds were very comfortable!! Great location with several places to eat that were within immediate walking distance. Would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat.

Breakfast could have been better. Not many normal breakfast options (like bacon or eggs). But otherwise everything else was wonderful!!

Very clean, modern and comfortable room. Enjoyed my stay and greatly appreciated the 12:00 noon checkout time vs other hotels that are typically earlier.

The kitchen only had one fork in the cabinet, but plenty of knives and spoons. The shower floor is very slick and slippery so you must be careful when you use it.
