It was very clean. The lady at the front desk that checked us in was extremely nice. We rode motorcycles and it was raining when we came back from dinner and she let us park under the covered awning. Rooms were very spacious, clean and nice. Breakfast was great! Not just pastries but a full hot buffet.

Smelled marijuana when we arrived on our floor close to our room however as soon as we told the lady at the front desk it was immediately taken care of.

The hotel was very quiet (which we appreciated), felt clean, the beds were very comfortable. It was a little farther out than was ideal for our visit but that’s more about our trip than a reflection on the hotel. If you’re visiting Oak Ridge or nearby we would recommend.

Only critique would be the lighting. The lobby area seems a bit dark, which isn’t super inviting. One of the lamps in our room has a loose charging outlet but not a deal breaker.

Great selection, clean and great service. Food was good quality, but they did not serve bacon 😢!

The pool was advertised as open and that is why I chose this hotel because it had an outdoor pool. We arrive and there were signs in the elevator stating it did not open until Memorial Day. We asked the manager about it because it did not state this anywhere on any site that I went to, and I visited many sites to read different reviews. We had our children with us, and they were very disappointed. The pool was ready to go, and they would not even let us sit out there, put our feet in or anything. HUGE disappointment.

It was very clean, the beds were comfortable. It has a fresh new look. The decor in the room was great. I loved the window treatment. No more peak-a-boo curtains! The shower was the best I have had in a long time I highly recommend this Holiday Inn!

Someone was smoking on the floor we were on and it was all in the hallway and my son has asthma, so I was not pleased about that this was a non smoking hotel and booked it for that reason and someone was smoking up the whole floor. No fault of the hotel just inconsiderate people who don't follow the rules.

The property was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The lady who runs the breakfast area in the mornings was always so sweet and the breakfast was delicious and fresh. Overall we had a great experience and will definitely be back if In the area again!

Large selection of breakfast foods to choose from. Healthy foods included in the menu like turkey sausage, veggie omelet. Everything was delicious..

I was not available for breakfast, early morning to work. Comfort of room was excellent. Price was somewhat costly, but I would stay again. Lillian Giles

I suppose it would have been better has we arrived earlier. It was almost time for the buffet to close and the food was only lukewarm.

The place was the cleanest place I have ever stayed. The breakfast and attendant were wonderful!

The bed was good but a little hard. Otherwise, this place was wonderful!
