Clean Good location to American Science Museum… Nice amenities with outside areas …pool and fire pit and front seating….nice clean gym….good breakfast….spinach soufflé was delightful!

Ran out of breakfast food early….got to breakfast a little after 8 (supposed to be open until 9) and no more eggs of any type and etc and weren’t making more..starting cleaning up and shutting down about 8:30…. Room way too small for luggage. Cute room but not very functional. Had no luggage racks so had to use food stool …: Front desk staff not able to answer general questions about the area or general Oak Ridge into…:have them read a book!! Or see the movie Oppenheimer!

Decent daily breakfast. Comfortable bed and pillows. Location is close to everything.

The room was a litle small and cramped but not unbearably so, I expected more for the price. Limited TV station options (streaming was also available but again, limited. If they're going to install apps, why not offer more than Netflix and Amazon?)

Comfortable bed, clean linens, well equipped gym, and good breakfast.

Room was a little tight with the kitchen at the entry and next to the closet. Ran out of pool towels and the pool was very chlorinated which burned our eyes while swimming.

Good location, central to stores and food. Room was in great condition and clean. It's nice to have a small kitchen and plenty of trash cans available.

The kids jumping around all night above us. My recommendation is to get the 3rd floor if available.

Location. Right next AMSE. And shopping center with JCPennys, Ross, TJ Maxx. Great since we needed some warmer clothes Free parking and easy drive to many restaurants

the gentleman at the front desk at 11pm/night staff was not polite, I asked him if rooms were available and his said “I DONT KNOW I JUST GOT HERE” then I proceeded to show him online had 5 rooms available and he said reserve them online it’s easier for him. I was tired and not going to get upset but that’s was ridiculous to speak to a customer and I reserved 2 rooms for 1/2/2023 so I spent good money

Friendly staff. Nice weight room. Good breakfast. Clean. We were there for a regatta. Hotel was easy driving distance from the lake.

Pillows gave me a little trouble. I’m nitpicking.

I loved the free breakfast. The hotel was in a good location, and the room was very comfortable

I didn't like spending an extra 100$ for my dog.

Everything.. the location, the suite, the cleanliness, and the friendly staff.

The only issue was the noisy people above us who arrived late at night and made noise for hours. Couldn’t sleep until they stopped making noise. They were not courteous to the rooms around/below them.
