The staff was welcoming and friendly and the facility is very clean and quiet. The room set-up is very good for personal travel or work-related travel. For those who care about shower water pressure, I give it a solid 10 and the soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion provided are as good as any I've found. I appreciated there were "adult" cereals offered and not just those more focused for kids though they had those as well. I would definitely consider staying there again as the overall value is worth it.

There are a few items that would improve the experience. Make the fitness facility 24-hours. Some people like me who are early risers like working out before that hour and I don't think it would disturb any guests. The fitness facility could use a few more pieces of equipment for the multi-function equipment like a triceps rope and curl bar and probably one more bench. It also needs sanitizing wipes for cleaning the equipment after use. Two improvements for breakfast would be bread that actually fits in the toaster without having to slice it in half and more variety beyond white bread (wheat at a minimum would be helpful) and a wheat bagel to go with the other offerings. Also, a non-butter spread to go with the others for toast and bagels would be helpful.

Loved the price. Staff very helpful. Nice and clean facility and I am a Dove fanatic, was impressed with Dove product being used. Mostly the breakfast was delicious. Would recommend to anyone. Definitely will book next time in the vicinity. Least I forget other places of interest were within 5 minutes.

We had 2 lotions at wash sink instead of hand soap and lotion. Ok

The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The rooms are older but clean and bathrooms are fresh and renovated. There is a basics breakfast included with hot coffee to get your day started. It was a short drive to the University and downtown. The hotel is right off the interstate 40 but we didn’t hear traffic noises at all during our stay. Each staff member we interacted with had a smile in their face and they were friendly and helpful. We’ll stay here again.

The bed and pillows could use and update but they were on par with what I expected for the price.

I didn’t like the fact that they let animals on there and I could hear dogs barking throughout the night. Also, just one aesthetic thing it’s nothing big but in the elevator if you look up past the light, you can see where the vinyl veneer stopped and you can just see the wood. I mean I understand it’s 7 feet up in the air. Most people aren’t gonna be looking but when you’re my height and tall, I could see it.

This hotel has been freshly renovated and it is just wonderful! We traveled to visit family so our stay lasted a full week. During our stay, we were impressed with all of the improvements that have been made at this hotel. The room we had was extremely comfortable, the hotel staff was friendly and professional. Breakfasts each day were excellent. We've stayed at this particular LaQuinta for many years but this latest renovation addressed every issue that was needed and then some!

The daily pet fee seemed a bit high, but given the fact that many pet owners are not considerate and responsible, I guess it's justified.

Extremely clean, amazing breakfast options, and a great location. Also, staff were friendly and it was a great price for the weekend. Beds were comfy, and the water pressure was better than most hotels. Would 100% stay again. Pool area was nice!

The pool was more catered towards older kids and adults, as it goes straight to 3ft. Definitely not a problem in general, but I had a small child with me who was just a bit disappointed.

My husband and I stayed for one night with our two young children and everyone had a great time. The kids LOVED the pool and breakfast. We all slept well in the comfortable beds. The value was right on the money and the staff was truly exceptional. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

I think our room was near the mechanical room for the elevator so we heard some noises at times, but nothing disruptive.

My mom and I came for a Tennessee football game. The staff were so friendly! My mother and I stayed in a king room and we really enjoyed the fact it had two tvs. We didn’t have to fight over what to watch lol. The football game shuttle was amazing and the pricing for drinks downstairs didn’t cost an arm and a leg. The free breakfast was great! The bathroom was really nice and had great light. It was also not noisy

I was VERY surprised and unhappy that I was not made aware of the NEW policy charging for pets-even though I made my reservation with the knowledge that we had a pet! We have always chosen LaQuinta because of no pet fee. We will now consider other hotels as this perk is no longer an incentive.

I wanted a quiet, cool room. I got both. Hotel is well off the road. I heard no road noise. Breakfast had a decent selection. On Monday morning, their food supply was just arriving when I went to breakfast, so some items were running a bit late.

Not within walking distance of restaurants, but I had a car. Compared to comparable hotels in the area, it was a much better price value.
