Lots of room comfortable bed and the staff was very friendly

There was a dirty wash cloth over the shower bar when we arrived in our room. Other than that the room was very nice but when someone wants a walk in shower they may have accessibly issues the bed was too high for my wife to get into without help. The other thing is we paid for breakfast but wanted to leave at 6 am but you did not serve breakfast till 7 maybe put some muffins and fruit out for early risers.

My husband and I did take the opportunity to eat their breakfast. It was good food, fast and efficient. The staff at the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.

There are very bright lights in the parking lot that illuminated the entire back of the hotel. Our room faced that side, and unfortunately the blockout curtains did not cover the center 1/3 of the window. they need to correct this issue .

Not many towels and toilet paper in the rooms. Very upset that the big lights were shining in our room all night, and the curtains didn't close all the way to cover the lighting 😭 The door to the pool was broken, therefore we had to go through the front door to get back in the hotel.

The staff was very accommodating to me and my family during our time of grieving we came from Clarksville Tennessee to a funeral and they let us check in early to be able to be at the funeral on time, the hotel was very clean and in a great location, I want to thank them for the hospitality.

I booked this stay, just hours before arrival, while on the way as we weren't sure how far we would get that day to our destination in Columbia, SC. We arrived at 8:45 pm to a cheerful front desk team. Our check-in was pleasant and swift. We had time to enjoy a few beverages in the lobby lounge. Thank you, Summer, for staying a little longer to serve us! We arrived too late to order food, however, they have snacks available to purchase. Or, order ahead of restaurant closing and they can hold your food in carryout containers until you arrive. The room was a King Bed Suite. Very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed a quiet night's sleep here and free coffee in the morning. The room has a K-Cup coffee maker, so you could bring your own K-cups if you prefer. Housekeeping is "on demand", which I like since I usually keep my "Do Not Disturb" sign out during an entire hotel stay so no one enters the room until I check out. There were USB outlet plugs to charge devices. I would choose this hotel again.

No late evening dining options in the area. Not the fault of the hotel, just for awareness for travelers arriving after 8 pm.

Convenient location for our road trip. Lobby bar service opened at 5 and was very reasonably priced.

This is a dog friendly property, which we appreciate, but our neighbors’ dog barked incessantly when they were gone. Ask for a room away from dogs if you aren’t traveling with one.

key system had major problems but that was not their fault. they made up for it by being upfront and honest also the manager was escorting people to their rooms ad lettings them in till they got the system working

Very friendly and helpful staff, especially front desk person. Clean and comfortable with lots of restaurants nearby.

I think the breakfast should be included with the room. The hotel prices are not inexpensive and the breakfast is pretty much equivalent to that found in other similar hotels I've stayed in when traveling.

Clerk gave us a free voucher for breakfast when we checked in initially and it was to a dirty room. Linen on floor, trash on counters etc. She gave us a new room and tried to make it right.

Comfortable bed and clean.

No extra towels or wash rags in the room. Also some difficulty checking in. At first the lady couldn’t find my reservation she they had some issues with Booking. com but eventually got it figured out.
