When we walked in after a long drive, the young lady at the front desk made us feel welcome and taken care of to meet all our needs. She was very sweet and attentive to us and the other customers that arrived. The petite Hispanic lady attending the breakfast area was very friendly, and the presentation and food were excellent! Everything was clean and inviting. I used to work at a 5-star hotel in the Caribbean, so I have a high bar for service and cleanliness, and this hotel met my expectations and more. Keep up the good work!!!

We got room 409, which was next to the elevator, and I kept hearing a humming noise all night. I didn’t call the front desk because I thought it might be the elevator or ice machine, and we were already settled in.

We were on our way home from a family vacation, and I picked Knoxville because it was half way home. It was convenient to I40. A restaurant n3xt door was really good. I usually pick a one hundred dollar hotel, but picked this one for the amenities. It was worth it.

Y wife would prefer blankets to comforters, and didn't like the bagels.

The staff was very friendly, the room and all the facilities were exceptionally clean. The breakfast had a good selection the eggs, smoked sausages and potatoes were fresh and flavorful. My kiddo always enjoys getting to use the waffle maker and they had a good assortment of toppings for them.

The hotel is off the main road a bit, a little more signage would have been helpful.

It was clean, well lit, and the staff was super friendly. The rooms were a very nice size and the beds were comfy.

Not the properties fault, but a bit too far from downtown Knoxville for us. However, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely choose that as an option again if we needed to.

Greeting late at night & staff anticipated we would want adjoining rooms. Very clean and breakfast was great!

We were in town for College Football. The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful & able to answer any query we had even though we were supporters from the opposing team. We also made use of the heated pool 😁

Even though we were in town for college game Day, I still felt it was quite expensive being so far from downtown & Neyland stadium

It was very nice and clean. It was very comfortable. We loved the 24 hour swimming pool. The staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great.

There was nothing that we did not like about the property

Very clean, room was spacious enough. I think her name was Jessie, working front desk, she was very nice and you can tell cares about her job. She was working at check in and at check out. She had only got a few hours sleep and was right back on Sunday, pulling a 12 hour.

Wasn't impressed with breakfast. It was ok. Needed biscuits & gravy, bacon.

The front desk person was wonderful…had a “Priceline” problem…I didn’t contact them but apparently was hijacked to their site and my reservation went through them. They tried to charge me for 2 rooms but we did end up getting that straightened out.

There were restaurants in walking distance and a dollar store. The breakfast was great and the staff were all very nice and welcoming! One of the best places i have stayed at ever!! Great job!
