I have no complaints, other than them charging for my 2nd certified emotional support dog. It was only $15 a night & we stayed for 2 nights but when you're on a very tight budget as it is, that $30 hurts a little. I do wish this was in North Knoxville, due to me being from that area, but it's not that much further away. Staff was exceptional. Beds were comfy (just ask my dogs) & the room & lobby, & surroundings were clean. Didn't get to enjoy the pool, due to us not being able to leave the dogs in the room alone or take them to sit by the pool (tho I think my girl dog would probably jump in because she LOVES the water, so it's probably best on that part) & it only being the 2 of us humans (who wants to swim in a hotel pool by themselves? Not I). Oh, & there's no free or paid breakfast, but plenty of places nearby to choose from, if you want breakfast. Other than those few small inconveniences, we loved this place. I highly recommend for those on a slightly lower budget, like myself. Even more so if you have fur babies. For Red Roof Inn is the cheapest (from being free of charge) on pet fee if you have more than one. They DID charge me for my second emotional support dog, as mentioned, but still recommend.

Being charged for 2nd emotional support dog, no breakfast, location isn't my preference but that's just me.

Room and hotel itself was lovely.

The gentleman that checked us in - I believe his name was Trev - he seemed nice but also seemed very irritated that we were trying to check in while he was busy on his phone. He walked away at first and left us waiting for 10 minutes and when he came back he proceeded to still be on while doing our check in. He had to ask the same questions multiple times because he was too distracted by the videos and then also by the phone call he took while we were still standing there waiting for our keys. The whole process took A LOT longer than it should have. Which did not set for a good start.

I loved that it was for the most part clean, quick turn down service, and inexpensive

It could have been cleaner still. The beds were uncomfortable, and the staff was great until we were in the pool apparently after hours but we didn't know because the pool doors were unlocked and we got in trouble for it. We weren't causing any trouble.

The staff is very friendly and helpful they make you feel at home plus the wife and I love the fact that they welcome out fur babies considering obe of them is quite large and even though they both behave better then most humans it's hard to find places to stay that welcome her without charging a ridiculous amount so keep up the We definitely will recommend this place to anyone and everyone 😁

I never ate the breakfast. I like the staff they are so polite. Overall I had a great stay

What I didn’t like about it was the smell of the dogs. Every time I came out of my room all I could smell was dogs. It was some much dog hair in the carpet but other than that it was a great stay.

This location did not offer breakfast, but did offer complimentary coffee in the morning. I did not take advantage of this offer. The room was nice and spacious. I had to ask several times. for new towels and in-room coffee supplies but I saw for that request it was posted at the front desk. All in all the room was nice and I would stay here again.

I did not like the sound of the little kid runnng back and forth in the room above me. Although it lasted till its bedtime which was about 9pm.

Location was great for us. Quiet and accesible to bigger areas. Rooms were clean.

Hallways smelled a little strong of Urine from pets at some parts but scent immediately went away inside the rooms. So only hallways had this scent.

The Hotel was back off the main Highway so it was quite.

The person that checked us in was not a very friendly person. When I booked the room I had requested extra towels and pillows . But they were not in the room when we checked in . So we called the front desk and asked for the towels and pillows . The guy acted rude and annoyed when we asked . He did bring us one towel and two pillows .

I liked how it was close to everything and it was clean and quiet. The shower was roomy and it was close to a gas station, food and the interstate. It was also an easy area to navigate.

There was no elevator, only stairs but that's okay.
