It was very tidy and conveniently located! The night staff was very kind.

The day staff on our arrival date, 05/30/25, was somewhat short with us when needing assistance. When settling into the room, we noticed that the TV remote was missing. I proceeded to return to the front desk to request a remote. The staff member provided the remote to me and I then returned to the room. We then attempted to use the remote and it didn’t work. We then returned to the front desk and the staff member seemed a little annoyed that we were back. He then explained that we had to connect the remote to the tv, not previously explained. Additionally, the pillows provide little to no support.

Breakfast

Room was dirty. Carpet stained. Dusty. Ice chest and tray filthy. Pillow uncomfortable. Person sitting in hallway against wall, reported to front desk and was told " oh that happens" say what!!!! Felt very nervous that random people are in hallway and front desk didn't follow thru. Never Again will I stay here.

I didnt try the breakfast but staff was very friendly

the spa became closed a few days before I arrived do to low water and that was the only reason I stayed so far from down down was the spa. Staff did not offer refund or partial credit even after I told her that was the only reason I had picked that particular hotel. I slept just a few hours after the bar scene till around 11 pm and got up around 2 showered and left for home Needless to say knoxville has been taken off my bucket list

Couldn't get up in time for the breakfast but that wasn't their fault. The bed was very comfortable and that's important to me. Also, it was very conveniently located - right by I-40 and a quick 10 minutes to downtown Knoxville.

I generally don’t have a high bar for hotels. I’m basically there to sleep and sleep comfortably. As long as I’m able to do that, I’m good to go!

Now that I think about it, the fridge wasn’t super duper cold, but who rates a hotel for the temperature of the in-room fridge? Stay here with confidence.

The location and many different food options around to choose from

The temperature in the pool area and water temp in the pool could be warmer. I had small child and made difficult for them since it was chilly. The indoor pool was one of the main reasons I picked hotel

Easy to get to, people were great. Nice size room. Clean room and bedding was comfortable.

Bathroom needed a little attention. Ceiling had some dark areas, possibly mold. Also sprinkler heads looked like the texture ceiling / stippling was partially covered or could be impeded from working properly if need Incase of fire.

I liked the staff very much they were nice and friendly Lynn went above and beyond with answers and where things where and what was close by to see and do and the room was very clean and over all it was a great stay.

location, pool/spa and breakfast

the front desk guy, morose and was going to make me go back to my car to get my reservation information (I'm handicapped and walking is painful)

breakfast was adequate. location was good, approximately 15 min. from the location of my reason for the trip. breakfast could use a little more variety.

we were not able to get heat adjusted, it was cold.
