Breakfast was surprisingly good. Compared to other hotels that offer that. There were carts for luggage that was helpful.

Didn’t have much time to watch TV, but in the evening and in the morning, we could not get the service to work. It was either loading something or you had to have password. I called downstairs and they were no help. The other issue was the bathtub is extremely slippery. My wife and I are older, we didn’t shower other than the one time and I told her how slippery it was. No decals no skid resistant surface just a slippery bathtub. That’s an accident justwaiting to happen.

Our room was so much cleaner than I expected! I have very high standards for cleanliness, and I was slightly worried when I saw some past reviews said it had roaches. But our room was very clean and no bug in sight. I was pleasantly surprised to see nice vinyl flooring instead of carpet in the rooms. The bed was so comfy and the firmer pillow gave me a great sleep. The staff were nice.

Our neighbors were noisy at 2 in the morning. There were some cobwebs hanging from the ceiling in the corners but it was not bothersome.

Beds where a little to hard and the eggs at breakfast where not real or done and much money as they get please use real food other then that it was a great stay thank you will see you all again and the pet fee was right on the money thanks again

The room was so clean and the bed so comfortable. Staff very friendly and the hot breakfast delicious. The area has a lot of food options.

It was a connecting room so we can hear everything from the other room, guest were very noisy in the morning (both days)

This was our first time staying at la quinta, and I was impressed. The room we stayed in was very clean as well as the pool. No signs of any bed bugs or roaches. We ate breakfast the next morning and it was good they had very small biscuits but they were good. They also had coffee and orange juice and the orange juice was awesome, they had sausage scrambled eggs, oatmeal packets, gravy, apples, and cereal. If you want breakfast I suggest you get there right at 7 because it goes quick. The guy at the front desk was very nice . Our overall stay was great we will definitely be visiting again.

My daughter and I were looking to stay an additional day in Gatlinburg so we choose this facility because of the pool and the breakfast so we could just get up eat and go home that following day everything else was just a bonus

Only thing would change instead of having the snack thing at the front desk just use vending machines

The gentlemen that checked us in and the housekeepers were wonderful. The breakfast was enjoyable as well and it was a great location.

The only downside was our room door wouldn’t shut unless it was slammed or we had to keep a lock on it after someone mistakenly walked into the wrong room.

Nice aesthetics, great breakfast bar. The convenience to our needs was great. Lots of food choices around close to the hotel. Has an indoor pool. Quiet room. Best shower at a hotel I have had in a long time!!!

The beds were so comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the staff were all so nice and great, and the whole building was so quiet.

Nothing at all everything was great!!!!

Bed was comfortable but the pillows were not. I like the layout of the room. I especially liked that my service dog could stay. The front desk people were friendly.
