First for all the front desk treated us with kindness and was very helpful when it came to finding things to do since it was our first time being in Tennessee. The cleanest of the room was great. The bed was definitely comfortable. Also, the location was in a great place where we really didn’t have to travel far unless I really wanted to. The Tanger outlet was on that strip all activities. Also was on that strip.We ate at places that I couldn’t eat at home and it was great and wonderful. It was just great all the way around. I would definitely come back.

I thought the breakfast would’ve been better than what it was.

Location was perfect....traffic light in & out directly in/out of the parking lot! Close to where we needed to go, lots of restaurants nearby but not jammed up inside the heavy traffic stuff either. Beds & pillows were very comfy. Shower was good & hot. Breakfast was the usual but good.

Shower door did not keep water from flooding the floor....not sealed & no proper water drainage keeping the water inside the shower. TV did not have a guide to select what to watch, much less proper instructions how to turn it on. Rooms on the highway side are VERY noisy with all the constant traffic.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and was located fairly close to attractions/shopping in Sevierville. The only issue we had with the hotel was when we came back to our room one night the beds had not been made. The rest of the room had been clean except for the beds. The TV was also a little hard to operate at first because it’s technically a streaming TV but the WiFi didn’t work very well with it. Overall, it was a great hotel experience with clean rooms and a friendly staff.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly and always there to help us the food was above average you didn't just get a continental breakfast with cereal you actually got hot food although it was egg sausage waffles of that nature and gravy it was very good. The location was excellent we stayed at another hotel and we left that one and tried this one and we're very very satisfied we did that plus it was very very affordable compared to most of the hotels with what it offered

The room was very nice slightly smaller than some of the other rooms but the beds were too full-size beds had they been queen side beds then it would have been much much better but other than that all the fixtures were fairly recent it was very nice and in very enjoyable other than the beds

This hotel is very clean and they have friendly staff. The property is maintained very clean and organized inside and outside. They have good breakfast choices which are included with your stay. Microwave, refrigerator, and iron in the room. Ice and vending machines are available. The outdoor pool area is nice and cozy. The staff is very attentive. Please make sure you check the reviews for each hotel. I had an awful experience with the HJ down the street, unclean property. Clarion Pointe made our stay at Pigeon Forge enjoyable and comfortable! I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms were clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Easy location for what we were there for (PTP). Breakfast hours were good since we had to be up early. Room staff came every day to replace towels, trash, and make bed.

Breakfast included hot foods, but appeared questionable on if they had been cooked long enough. Our room was located in the rear of the building. Parking in the back of the building felt secluded and sketchy based on some particular vehicles that were present. Unsure if this is a common occurrence or just a one time fluke that just happened to be when we stayed there.

I didn't eat the breakfast and everyone was nice

One of the employees must have not liked dogs because mine got out of her leash and I was afraid she was going to run outside, but instead she ran up to one of the employees and I told her to grab her and she just looked at her and turned away. We were going to stay 1 more night but since it was going to be a Saturday night. It was going to be $300 for 1 night and we paid $549 for 5 nights. You all should do something for guests that have already stayed all week have a special for 1 more night.

The front desk staff. When we first arrived, the guy just wandered out and I actually had to speak to him first which was odd. He was supposed to welcome me...not me welcome him... Also there was an overpowering smell of someone smoking weed on our floor 2 out of the 3 nights we were there. I emailed management and they said they investigated and found nothing.....and then I smelled it again that night. There was no mistaking it.... maybe it was them doing it. Who knows.

One of the cleanest motels I've stayed in, housekeeping is second to none. Full breakfast was very good with variety. A/C unit looked new and worked well. I was actually quite impressed by this motel and staff was great. Would definetly stay again.

Would like to see two chairs in the room. The rear door doesn't lock as it should. Refrigerator should be up higher as it's hard to use unless you set on the floor.

I loved the location of the hotel for the price. The room was small, but perfect for my husband and I. We both really loved the shower. The water pressure was perfect. The amount of outlets located around the room was very convenient. The breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly every time we passed by the counter.

Our window wasn’t sealed I don’t think, the room became very humid when it stormed and the gusty winds was blowing the curtain around. The beds could be a little firmer.
