The location was awesome. The hotel looked new and my family loved it. We had a great stay up until it was time to laid down friday night. Our neighbors had the music up for hours. I heard everything!!! Saturday nights was better. On our way back home Brandi called in a rude tone stating my card had decline. It's was pending on my end and had already be taken from my bank. She was talking over me and her tone was very rude!! When I called back wanting to talk to a manager she stated that the manager was looking it over and she was still rude. She never put the manger on the phone. This should have been handled differently in my eyes. This was not great customer service from brandi at all. Other than that it's a very beautiful place. The sky lounge was very nice as well.

Great building with lots of character and history. Loved the small number of rooms in the hotel. The suite was amazing, undersold in the pictures. This place was bigger than our first house and even nicer than our current house! The full kitchen was amazing. Having two showers was a huge bonus. The bedrooms alone were as big as many hotel rooms. It was quiet. We couldn't hear neighbors, and even the road noise was not bad.

Ok, just small things, but the showers were severely lacking in water pressure and the rainfall shower overhead was cool until you tried to use it. Parking was limited and filled by non-hotel parking. The tv in the living room/den was very small for the location. It looked like a 40", but should have been at least a 55". The furniture in the den was not very comfortable. Couch and chair were hard. I know it sounds like a lot of negatives, but these were literally the only things not perfect, and they were still pretty good.

We loved the whole room! Was the best hotel we've ever stayed in. Also, liked the late check-in process. Had horrible experiences with late check-in before, but this one was a great experience. The manager/receptionist called, and she explained the late check-in process and sent me a text message explaining everything also. She was very nice and not rude like some receptionists.

We didn't like the rain shower. That's our opinion! I know some people like it, but we didn't. The water could have stayed hot longer also.

The Hotel is Great. The customer service, the facilities, the space is great. Easy access and a lot of things to do around. Very close to all the main attractions. Very clean and organized. The coffee shop and the restaurant are great and food delicious .

They need to expand a little the coverage for housekeeping and front desk. Since the housekeeping team does not come into the suite during your stay you will need a lot of things like trash bags, towel paper, toilet paper and other things. If you leave too early and come in the night there is no one to help you get those items. Other than that the Hotel is Great.

Apartment is spacious and had an awesome bank vault door inside. Size of kitchen, rooms, closets and bathrooms was also great. Nice to have a restaurant, coffee shop and lounge located within the building. Perfect location!!!

Tv in the living area was very small. Couch was also small and very uncomfortable. Attempted to sleep on the pull out but it was honestly unusable. Thin walls with no sound proofing so you can hear conversations downstairs and in the halls. Parking spots were too small for large vehicles. Lastly, as someone who wasn’t blessed with height, trying to use the master bathroom sink was difficult and although nice, shower heads were way too high.

Location was reasonable distance from Dollywood and other attractions using back road expressway. Suite was excellent layout for our family. Great to have two bathrooms.

We stayed 2 nights but only had one trash bag for the trash compactor and we had to take our own trash out to the dumpster. For the price, we should not have to take out the trash. Very disappointed by that in a nice hotel. Have never done that before in any caliber of hotel/motel. Hope to see that changed if we stay there again.

Beautiful place! Everything was super clean and roomy. It was a convenient location to everything in Pigeon Forge. The downtown historic district was adorable. The staff was friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

My only complaint was a pending charge they leave on your account until check out. If someone is counting on that money to enjoy their vacation it would be awful. No one made me aware that this was a normal thing for their system to do. The lady at the front tried to help resolve the matter. But unfortunately it did stay on my account during the duration of our stay. So something to keep in mind for your budget.

My family liked the layout of our room. It was spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the private washer and dryer. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

The showerheads are odd. It would be better if there were an additional conventional showerhead. And the water pressure leaves a lot to be desired. Also, our floor’s workout room appeared closed, and we couldn't utilize it.

I LOVED this hotel. It was very clean and had plenty of room. The staff were very nice. The beds could’ve been more comfortable and I didn’t like the parking lot, it’s a small little area in an alley and a pain to get out of, also people kept coming through the wrong way but the rooms were great. We will definitely be staying here again.
