Our overall experience staying at this property was great. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay, and the kids liked the pool and jacuzzi. It was also great to stay in a property that looked so new and very clean. Also, the breakfast each morning was great and the young lady that was taking care of everything in the dining area was so nice and accommodating.

The only issue we ran into while staying at the property was when we went to have dinner in the cafe, and the only person working both the bar and dining room seemed to be more concerned about waiting on the ones who came to the bar vs. waiting on us...we ordered our drinks but never got them and so we ended up leaving.

It was a very Clean room, loved the extra things added to the room, liked the sink and counter space. We loved the room. It was very quiet considering the places around us. We had a view of the river and bridge behind the hotel. The staff answered all our questions, and the restaurant on site was amazing.

I didn't really mind any of the issues that others would dislike or complain about. The 1st day of our stay one of the elevators didn't work, the smell of the outside trash cans was really bad(not really your fault). The parking was hit or miss.

The hotel was very clean and the restaurant staff was so helpful.

We tried to call the front desk multiple times over our stay and phone just rang.We went to the desk and no one was there on 2different occasions.I did go down right after I called and there was a lady at the desk when I asked her if they sold milk for our baby in their snack area she wasn’t very pleasant.She gave a short answer and simply told me she didn’t know anything about what the restaurant offered because they were leased.The restaurant staff helped me and was very pleasant.Our checkin and checkout experience with staff was very pleasant.

Great location! Easy walk to many activities and a short drive countless more! Everything was clean and the staff was attentive. The room has plenty of space for a family of 5. The balcony was a nice touch. There is more than enough parking!

The pool/hot tub area looks a great deal larger in the pictures online. Don't be fooled. Traffic noise is a bit of a problem as you are right on the main drag, However, it probably isn't a big deal at all if you have a river view. Breakfast food was okay, but not above and beyond.

We went out to eat at other locations because the breakfast was what other hotels call a “continental breakfast”. We have always eaten at certain locations when in Pigeon Forge which has become our tradition breakfast locations. The staff were great in the breakfast area when we visited. We thank you and appreciate the coffee.

The beds were too soft. We know that any hotel we stay in there is no guarantee we will like the beds and we understand that, which is often the reason we try to select a two queen bed room. The room was great. Refrigerator to store our water and misc in and large curtains were extra long to cover as much of the night lights as possible. Loved the private balcony. Appreciate the Bible in the room as well. It should not be hidden in a drawer though. Thank you.

The property was fine, but when I booked breakfast was included but upon arriving and calling to check time if breakfast opening there was a 14.50 charge for adults and 7.95 for children. The issue isn’t the price because it was fair. The booking stated breakfast included. I have always used your hotel and sister company Hampton inn breakfast has always been included

Ok so we were in 207, it does have a wind tunnel noise....and the AC kept going nuts...but overall...it is a great hotel and Michelle downstairs in the Casual Pint is amazing. She goes above and beyond for the customers. Seriously if any manager reads this give that woman a raise because she made this trip with 4 kids bearable. She is always chipper and friendly and went out of her way to help me find a food my autistic child could eat. I appreciate her so much!

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The rooms were spotless, and I appreciated how they came to clean up and left fresh towels and paper towels. I also enjoyed my time at the Casual Pint; the workers there were just as friendly. The price was great, and the location couldn't have been better for a weekend getaway. Highly recommend this place!
