Bed was comfortable and the lady in the office was very nice and very helpful

The location was great! Our room was very clean. They also give you a breakfast voucher for each morning you're there for Reagan's House of Pancakes. You get a pancake breakfast for free, or upgrade to the full breakfast bar for $6 each. Excellent Value!

Parking can be an issue because it's so full. You also have to take your used towels down to the office to trade in for clean ones. Facility could use some updates but effective.

Staff was exceptional. Room was spacious. Area was quite. Local tram service stops in front of lobby for easy transport to any location in area. Breakfast is at local restaurant nextdoor and very decent.

Ice machine was inoperable during stay. Did not cause to big of a deal, refrigerator in room was spacious and cooled drinks quite quickly. No other issues come to mind. The staff are amazing and professional.

We liked the location of the property it was in a central location within walking distance to food, entertainment and shopping. There was free breakfast right next door at Raegan's pancake house each day of our stay and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. There was a pool onsite as well that was clean and gated. We would definitely stay again in the future.

To be honest the mattresses on the beds were a little stiff and uncomfortable. But that is our only complaint and we stayed Wed-Sunday.

didn't receive a receipt on check-out, was told Booking.com would send one, needless to say, they didn't. Now I don't have one. Does anybody care what the customer needs? There's alot of competition there that does their job-repeat customers. No one has told me why money was taken from my deposit-it wasn't my dog; she spent the whole time on her blanket from home on top of covers just as she does everytime we have been there so what's the problem? If my complaint isn't answered I probably won't see your friendly faces again. I don't like surprises done behind my back. The entire floor needed mopping as my bare feet got filthy walking from the bedroom to bathroom. I did complain-is that why I lost money. Cleaning means floors also.

Everything was what I expected. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. The pool was nice. The ramp made for an easy transition from car to room. The room temperature was set to a comfortable level when I walked in.

The pet situation is acceptable, but the animals' owners need to clean up after they use the restroom. Maybe they could have an area where they go and if they don't pick up they are hit with an extra charge.

They give you a voucher for a free pancake breakfast at Reagan’s Pancake House (3 pancakes and a drink, no meat included ; for an additional $6 per person you can get the all you can eat buffet). The room was clean, and staff was extremely friendly and the lady that checked us in was very helpful with area attractions.

The beds were a bit hard and mine had a big lump in it. I didn’t sleep well the three nights we were there. This is my only complaint.

Close to pretty much everything. Has a pool and ice machine very clean. Right next door to Reagan’s pancake house and that place was clean and good food. Also get vouchers for Reagan’s.

It’s an older hotel but the only not so great thing was the water pressure and the shower head was a little low for tall people but we survived the four nights we stayed.

Very close to all of the activities in Pigeon Forge. Room was well equipped, clean, and quiet. Had restful sleep and was given free pancake breakfast vouchers for the neighboring restaurant.

I have no problems with the hotel whatsoever. If you are going to use the breakfast vouchers, make sure you get there when it opens in the morning as it gets very busy. Also, for those of you not familiar with Pigeon Forge, even though the hotel is close to all the sights, walking is a nightmare around the area. To cross the highway, one must wait 10s of minutes for the opportunity. The businesses/sights on either side of the street do not offer much of a sidewalk either. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning.

My husband and I decided to do a weekend getaway. Decided to stay at redroof inn because that's where we always stay do to our pets. Everyone was helpful and friendly room was clean for the most part. Parking was ample. Received complimentary breakfast (pancakes/drink) or upgrade to buffets for 6 bucks more per person. Not really worth it food wasnt the greatest but ok. Located close to all the attractions in the area. Read a bunch of reviews after regarding location keeping deposit which made me nervous but my deposit was returned roughly a week later. Would stay again. Front end staff was great from the check in process to extending our stay up until checkout. They would be the reason for return stay.

Seating area for smokers would be nice. They have a but can near steps in the parking lot
