Room with the beds, little room with sink coffee maker etc, sitting room

Was mad at first start because we emailed the hotel about a crib. They sent email back and said it would be taken care of except it wasn’t. Checked in and desk clerk said she would bring crib up while we parked and brought up pkgs and luggage. She was at first floor by elevators and proceeded to say she could Not find a crib said they had two and she had no idea where they were and they only had two of them. Mad is mad because she just said that and walked away. Have a 2 month old grandson and we would have brought one but we we’re emailed they had one so we had to go to Walmart and spend extra money about 80 dollars to get a crib for my grandson and family was not happy. Don’t know your procedures but I think we should be compensated for the inconvenience

Was close to a few attractions that could be walked to. Parking lot was well lit. There was also a nice walking path and a small creek bed and the hotel which was nice. Decently clean. Bed was comfortable.

The breakfast was mediocre but was convenient. The pool was incredibly cold but the hot tub was decent. Our room was almost ready by our check in and there were dirty blankets on the top of the closet. The couch bed had no sheets when asked for sheets the man argued there were some but after explaining he gave us some. Also getting towels was a hassle.

Our overall experience staying at this property was great. Me and my family really enjoyed our stay, and the kids liked the pool and jacuzzi. It was also great to stay in a property that looked so new and very clean. Also, the breakfast each morning was great and the young lady that was taking care of everything in the dining area was so nice and accommodating.

The only issue we ran into while staying at the property was when we went to have dinner in the cafe, and the only person working both the bar and dining room seemed to be more concerned about waiting on the ones who came to the bar vs. waiting on us...we ordered our drinks but never got them and so we ended up leaving.

It was a very Clean room, loved the extra things added to the room, liked the sink and counter space. We loved the room. It was very quiet considering the places around us. We had a view of the river and bridge behind the hotel. The staff answered all our questions, and the restaurant on site was amazing.

I didn't really mind any of the issues that others would dislike or complain about. The 1st day of our stay one of the elevators didn't work, the smell of the outside trash cans was really bad(not really your fault). The parking was hit or miss.

The hotel was very clean and the restaurant staff was so helpful.

We tried to call the front desk multiple times over our stay and phone just rang.We went to the desk and no one was there on 2different occasions.I did go down right after I called and there was a lady at the desk when I asked her if they sold milk for our baby in their snack area she wasn’t very pleasant.She gave a short answer and simply told me she didn’t know anything about what the restaurant offered because they were leased.The restaurant staff helped me and was very pleasant.Our checkin and checkout experience with staff was very pleasant.

Great location! Easy walk to many activities and a short drive countless more! Everything was clean and the staff was attentive. The room has plenty of space for a family of 5. The balcony was a nice touch. There is more than enough parking!

The pool/hot tub area looks a great deal larger in the pictures online. Don't be fooled. Traffic noise is a bit of a problem as you are right on the main drag, However, it probably isn't a big deal at all if you have a river view. Breakfast food was okay, but not above and beyond.

We went out to eat at other locations because the breakfast was what other hotels call a “continental breakfast”. We have always eaten at certain locations when in Pigeon Forge which has become our tradition breakfast locations. The staff were great in the breakfast area when we visited. We thank you and appreciate the coffee.

The beds were too soft. We know that any hotel we stay in there is no guarantee we will like the beds and we understand that, which is often the reason we try to select a two queen bed room. The room was great. Refrigerator to store our water and misc in and large curtains were extra long to cover as much of the night lights as possible. Loved the private balcony. Appreciate the Bible in the room as well. It should not be hidden in a drawer though. Thank you.

The property was fine, but when I booked breakfast was included but upon arriving and calling to check time if breakfast opening there was a 14.50 charge for adults and 7.95 for children. The issue isn’t the price because it was fair. The booking stated breakfast included. I have always used your hotel and sister company Hampton inn breakfast has always been included
