they had a normal free breakfast that was delicious and easy for kids. The best part is the location, they are located close to everything in pigeon forge and on a convenient backroad that can get you to where you need to be faster without going on the main drag traffic. If you need to go to Dollywood it is right down the street. All of the shows and fun shops (especially the big walking outlet mall) are super close. Also the room was nice and big great for a pack and play set up like we had. Also our cat was comfy

the AC was having a hard time keeping up. The room was huge so we understand it may have been difficult for the little swamp cooler to keep it going. Also there was no bathtub. Other than that it was great!

It was wonderful. The property is up to date, clean, well maintained, quiet with friendly staff.

The pillows need to be upgraded. They are too soft and flat. A person would need 4 each in order to have your head semi elevated. This was mentioned in several other reviews that I read prior to Booking. However, this will not prevent me from booking again.

I love the quiet room, black out shades for sleeping in.. The room was amazingly clean and fresh. Loved having refrigerator,micro, dishwasher, seating area. And large tv. Nice hours for breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. Outdoor Pool was perfect .towels available on site.

The breakfast was great except for the orange drink/ juice seemed to be bacon flavor. Both days. Maybe it was flavored that way?

Staff went out of their way to make sure you were enjoying your stay, and had everything you needed. Rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, as were the common areas. The location was right in the heart of Pigeon Forge without being in the chaos of the main strip. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Only downside, and it's a small thing, a little change up of the breakfast selection would be nice. Same choices everyday for a week, we all got tired of eating it. But that's a small thing.

Bed was uncomfortable hard and sofa was not very comfortable either. Also it had a lot of people who had pets that you could hear whining as I walked past the rooms. I also saw a piece of poop in the hall.

I loved the unit. So efficient. I loved loved loved the shower. I loved there were drawers in bathroom for your stuff. I loved the soft white towels. The bed was comfortable. I didn’t want to leave.

I wish there were another chair in the unit. It’s got that nice big table but only one person can sit down at it. There’s plenty of room for another chair. Wish there were ice cube trays in freezer. The ice machine was too far away. A sharp knife is needed. A can opener that works. A paring knife would be nice. The breakfast was just not good for some reason. The sausage and biscuits looked anemic. Who wants smoked sausage for breakfast? The gravy wasn’t very good and was cold. I hated those little butter pods. We couldn’t get them open and when we did the butter was ice cold and wouldn’t spread on your now cold breakfast. Having a waffle wasn’t worth the work of opening up five or six of those butter pods. We skipped breakfast the last day. Wasn’t worth it.

We loved the size of the room and the kitchenette. The room was clean and smelled great, even though it was a pet-friendly hotel. The breakfast was great each morning (although it would have been nice if it ran through 10:30am vs. 10:00am for those mornings that you want to sleep in a bit!). We will be looking for Home2 Suite hotels in the future when we travel!

I had the best view from room 402 which is in the top corner of the building on the ferris wheel side of the building. You actually get a double view from this room and it has three windows. I'm so spoiled. I'll probably never stay anywhere else ever again :) Thank you so very much, and I can't wait to come back. Regina at the front desk was a rare gem. Super sweet and I thank her so much for making my stay in Pigeon Forge amazing 👏 Thank you so very much Regina!!!

Very Cj lean and nice couldn’t ask for a better place or cleaner place. Location was great but for the expense we paid was ridiculous once we got there still charge us $30 per fee then we checked out got home and charged on my card $75 more dollars pet fee?? I don’t understand we had a small shihtzu went out of our way to make sure we took her with us everywhere nothing I mean nothing out of place we empty our own trash and picked up straighten room up as if our own home. Never again for that price I could have rented a cabin or condo. $379.81 2 nights in motel room

There are unlevel spots at the entry to the hotel. I tripped and fell while carrying my toddler and busted my elbow and knee and luckily I was able to save my son from to many injuries, his back and ankle is pretty bruised and scraped. When brought to the staff to put something in the spot to prevent further injuries from other families nothing was done.
