The indoor heated pools. The location is great also

The walls are very thin so you can hear everything, especially the neighbors right next to you.

The rooms were perfect for our small family especially with the full kitchen so we could make meals and save money on going out to eat! The indoor pool is fantastic and the water was so warm so the kids can play in the winter time! The wood grill buffet is in the same parking lot and it’s delicious!!

The carpet and some furniture need an upgrade

Well we were unable to make the free breakfast at the wood grill which would have been great but maybe next time on that

Well we were expecting to play games but everything had to be used with coins we weren't able to play pool the first 2 days cause the tables had out of order signs on them but luckily we looked at the third one on the last night and played two games and had to purchase coins for it and yes we were told none of them worked at all because of being under new management. Plus I left my fan so hope to hear back to get it back I left message on machine to let them know but will call back in morning.

Accommodation was very roomy. Quiet. Staff at the buffet restaurant was wonderful

Dishes and cooking wear needs to be updated. No forks. It did have 2 butter knives, 3 teaspoons, 3 dinner plates, 4 sandwich plates, small bowls. It had a sauté frying pan with a wiggly handle and lid, stock pot and sauce pan with a lid. The breakfast at the buffet was very cold and we got there 8:30 am or so. Need to not recommend it. Eggs were cold sausage was cold, glazed donuts were hard, potatoes were cold and I mean not even warm and we saw steam coming from the steamer trays so why was everything so cold.

Very good room for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. The water slide and pool was the favorite for both and they both enjoyed the game room.

The shower curtain wasn't long enough, so the floor got wet. Not sure if it was due to the construction but we did one bug crawling on the wall.

No breakfast at the hotel but gave a free breakfast ticket for the nice restaurant right beside hotel which had so much to choose from on their breakfast bar

The pool was awesome for the kids, they loved it! Beds were comfortable and cleaning staff did a nice job on the room while we were out. Definitely a good spot in Pigeon Forge for the money!

There is some renovating going on, so it's a bit messy I places right now, but they're just making improvements so it didn't bother us.

This is literally our go-to place, they treat everyone well It's very quiet here very clean everyone is very nice on top of that they are pet friendly that is a big plus! Every time we come on vacation we stay at this place they have fair pricing on some occasions it can be outrageous but it's totally worth it!!

I'm trying to think 🤔 I honestly do not believe there is anything I didn't like besides when you tell them a service animal they ask a little bit of questions which what would they ask is allowed but I believe if you have a service , you have a service animal I don't think it's necessary to ask a bunch of questions, no one wants to come on vacation and have to go through that process, definitely after driving All night or day to get to your destination, 😉

The rooms were very large with private balcony.

Was on a floor with lots of children and it was a little loud.

Arcade was nice but it took our money several times. There were drinks left behind by other guests so it would be nice for someone to check that occasionally. Location. Beds were comfy. Nice to have a balcony.

The breakfast was good but a little deceiving in that when you say included a person thinks all inclusive but we were required to pay xtra for drinks & tips. Also, you had to be at that location too early. Most hotels have it until 10:30 or 11. We rented 3 rooms & the doors on one room (3020) would appear to be locked but would not catch so you could push on the door & it would come open. The doors need closers on them. The way they slam is horrible.
