This property was a beautiful home away from home for a week! We absolutely took advantage of having a full kitchen available to us and being able to do laundry was huge for a family of 5! Betsy was an amazing help! Couldn’t have asked for a better Spring Break trip!! My kids loved it!!

I was very impressed with all of the staff interactions that I had both on the phone and in person.

My only minor complaint is that I felt the paper products (toilet paper, paper towels) could have been a little higher quality.

Beautiful views and easy access to town Nice lodge

The toilet paper holder was detached from the wall and left on the sink. There were several light bulbs missing throughout the lodge. One bulb was cracked and coming apart, and it was left in the light fixture. Also, I requested extra linens for a four day stay and was told no. If I wanted to, I could wash/dry what was already there.

The condo was very cozy and clean and in a great location!

At check in, we were directed to a someone who was a bit pushy about getting us signed up for a time share tour, even after we voiced that it wasn’t something we were interested in.

It was very clean and easy to access

I didn’t like that it was a two bedroom but they didn’t offered one parking pass if it’s two room there should be a option to purchase a additional pass

conveniently located by everything Pigeon Forge has to offer

a notification regarding no WiFi would’ve been nice. It was needed due to my daughter needing it to finish College Exams and homework. We planned for this and had to drop her off at various coffee places for WiFi.

It was definitely home away from home! Beautiful!

Having to clean the place when you pay a cleaning fee in the booking cost. Why charge a cleaning fee when they tell you to clean the place before you leave meaning dishes dispose of trash etc…

Spacious and clean.

Cold in the larger bedroom and the tile floor. But, it was a perfect sleeping temperature for us!
