Rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was great.

Lighting in room was not good and places to put bathroom items and drawer space in room were lacking.

Location is close to everything in pigeon forge. We always stay here because it's clean and beds are comfortable and the price. This is the only time I have come the clerk being rude and she was to the couple in front of me. If this happens again I will probably look for another place

Front desk clerk

It was my Birthday and everything went so good. Breakfast was super good Bacon 🥓 OMG was the best ever all you can eat . The rooms were really clean ,beds were so nice I slept better than I had slept in a year . . Staff was real nice . Very clean tidy place . The girl that worked breakfast she cleaned up if it were only one drop of orange juice . She does excellent job . Met some good ppl there while having breakfast . Couldn't ask for a better stay . We got balcony at our room view was beautiful at night . . Thank you River bend for making our family a good experience for my Birthday

Nothing I didn't like

Room very nice and clean. Didn't eat breakfast there. Loved to sit by the creek out back, nice and peaceful

The woman (a black Woman) that was at the desk when we got there at 2:15 did not greet me with a hello or even a smile all she said was you can't check in till 3:00. Ok so as tired and sore as we were we drove around for 45 mins. When we came back, she was just as miserable as she was 45 mins earlier. My husband went down a couple different times to get packages of coffee for our room she acted like it was a bother to get him coffee. No greeting from her whatsoever. No smile no YW when he said ty. My husband wanted to tell her off but held his tongue. She acted like we were bothering her. She really is not the type of person that should be dealing with people. Not friendly at all

The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Last time we stayed we had an issue with neighbors smoking but this time the no smoking policy seemed more enforced. Had no disruptions. Try getting a room with a balcony, it was a great addition and we enjoyed sitting there leisurely. The only negative is the pool is green, so we passed on swimming. Seen some previous reviews about having trouble getting onto the parkway. We found it easier to take the red light in front of the diner and go the back ways through the parking lots.

The view from are room was and old run down house next door to the hotel. The pictures we looked at for sour booking are not the view you get . In the lobby there are bright yellow chairs with a bad stains that need gone.

I love that it’s non smoking..we got a reasonable King room with a balcony for 3 nights for $233..which was awesome..beautiful view from the balcony, quiet..room waa clean, the place smelled great, the motel was located close to everything and was easy to access as there was a road that took you out to the main road, loved the rockers on the front of the building and the parking garage..and I loved that they had two different blinds that completely blocked out the light..this was our second stay there and will definitely stay there again!

The breakfast was not as good as it could be. Another brand of sausage might be a good idea. A waffle maker would be great too! Loved the seating along the back of the building along the river!!! Great place to enjoy the evening watching the ducks, geese, and the sunset!

Breakfast

Nice, comfortable beds and room. Great value. Centralized location. Cracker Barrel is right across the street. Staff were friendly. Fridge didn’t work when we arrived around 4 am and we called and let guest services know and they came later that morning and promptly replaced it with a functioning one. Breakfast was good. They had scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, muffins, cereal, sausage patties, yogurts, juice, etc. a good variety to choose from. They have a small indoor swimming pool.

Toilet paper was completely out and room needed cleaned when we left to sightsee and when we returned housekeeping had only left more towels and washcloths and not cleaned our room so we had to go downstairs and get more toilet paper and sleep on the same sheets we had slept on the rest of the week. Trash was still on the floor, etc. another day we called for clean towels and staff said housekeeping had already left and we’d have to go get some from the front desk. It’d be nice to have housekeeping in the evening as well or at least staff available to take care of any issues the guest needs. Also I know that several hotels do this but I don’t like the coffee maker in the restrooms. Waste particles in the same vicinity where I prepare my coffee is a no for me! It’s not sanitary.
