The bed was VERY comfortable! The room and breakfast bar was excellent! My wife and I travel a good bit and have become a little picky when it comes to hotel accommodations. At first we weren't sure about this location, however, that quickly changed when we laid eyes on our room and the down-home comfort and hospitality we experienced.

We were in room 116 just down from the front desk. We never could get the wi-fi to connect to any of our devices. Everything else was fine to us. We didn't stay in our room enough for it to matter as we were mainly shopping, attending shows and Dollywood. :)

Very clean rooms and grounds. Reception could have been friendlier. We got here 15 minutes before check in time and was told we would have to wait 15 minutes for the room to be ready (this is during the off season). Internet just downright sucks!!! Had to keep logging into their wifi to reconnect. After about the 10th time we just stayed on 5G. I even called front desk to ask if any internet problems and was told the router was beneath our room. Location was great. Quiet and lots to walk to close by. Dunkin donuts is next door. Wax museum is a 3 minute walk and Titanic is a 3 minute drive. Breakfast was your usual continental grab and go with some scrambled eggs, canned corn beef hash heated up and some sausage links that were not tasty. I guess if you had kids or on a budget then it would be acceptable. Indoor pool is small, but nice. The sauna (if you can call it that) is the size of a closet and you have to stand in it. The room was nice. The fireplace in our room was a nice and unexpected addition. The jacuzzi was nice, but to get in and out of it was sketchy. Pray you don't slip and fall climbing in and out of it. Definitely could use a grab bar to help.

The location is fantastic...good free breakfast and FANTASTIC STAFF! VERY CLEAN!!!

Had a problem with the first room by it being too close to the road but went downstairs, and explained to the receptionist. And she didn't hesitate to help us by moving to a different room. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Housecleaning came in daily and cleaned up in our room and gave clean towels . The lady's was friendly and very helpful for us during breakfast and didn't hesitate to help if asked a question.

Went down to go swimming, and it was way too much chlorine in the water. It truly burns your eyes and takes your breath by just walking in. I just had my hair done and was afraid that it may turn my hair green .

The breakfast was the best at any hotel I've ever had. It changed every day and had a great variety. The ladies were so helpful and attentative. My only suggestion is offering hard boiled eggs. Top notch!!

The male evening staff the first evening were less than helpful, I forgot a fork and asked if they had any. Instead of getting one for me, which would have meant the young man had to stop playing on his phone, he told me to go behind the curtain of the breakfast area- it was dark so I had to look around to try to find them. That's not proper customer service.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Lobby was nice and large so we could hang out in the evening, have dinner, and play games. Room was average. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Enjoyed the pool to cool off. Breakfast was the normal, nothing special. A/c was very cold Nice location to everything

Reservation was lost somewhere between Booking.com and ramada. They didnt have it. Elevator was extremely slow, even broke down one night. I didn't care for how low to ground the toilet was. Wish the chairs in room didn't have arms. I have larger hips and couldn't sit in room unless on bed. Plus they were in desperate need of a cleaning.

The room was a little outdated but that was to b expected from the previous reviews. But most of all it was CLEAN I was happy about the microwave. and It was fully stocked with what was needed. Hospitality came by almost every day and checked on us.

Nothing really just the rooms being outdated. I also feel the breakfast could’ve been better. The waffles were cool. But the liquid eggs are terrible. And they could have a variety of meat for guests that don’t eat pork but they had cereal, yogurt,muffins some fruit and juice that was a pretty good substitute until u can’t get something alil better.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights for a quick getaway. We stayed in a king room with jacuzzi. Upon arriving we were more than pleased with our room. It was very clean and more spacious than we thought it would be. We originally had concerns because the pictures online looked like the rooms needed updating. However, our room looked like it had been- the bedding and sitting area had definitely been updated compared to the online pictures. They stocked our room with plenty of towels and soaps, etc. Plenty of restaurants and grocery stores within a few minutes of the hotel. We would certainly stay here again!

Bed and pillows were wonderful! It was very comfortable! Room was very clean, and newly renovated! Room had mini frig, microwave! Breakfast area very nice and clean! Although we didn’t use pool, the area looked very clean! Had read a previous review about smelling chlorine outside area and we were right down hall from pool area and didn’t smell anything like that!

We were in Rm 132 and the ice machine and vending machines were outside the door and you could periodically hear people getting ice etc! Would probably request different room next time?

Check in and check out was very friendly and efficient, Room was well organized. Staff was friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff was very helpful and informative. Lobby was not cluttered with local advertisement but was readily available. The breakfast was very good, hot and ready. The location was easy to find, close to most everything and had a trolley stop very nearby.

I don't think there was anything we didn't like. We didn't ask for much but didn't need much. We did not find anything that was unexpected. We were away from the location most of the time.
