Location was nice and I liked the outdoor covered patios with plenty of rocking chairs. Breakfast was average, adequate but nothing special. I thought this room was exceptionally insulated from hallway noise and shower and toilet flushing noises seemed minimal compared to most hotels.

Only criticism is that the air conditioning was extremely noisy. It sounded like a LOUD, bubbly fountain. We did not complain because I wear earplugs to bed at night; so it didn’t disturb me. My son is used to white noise to drown out neighborhood barking dogs; so he equated it to white noise. Other families might not be happy about it.

This place was wonderful! Check-in staff Kim was the greatest. Everything I needed, she was there to help me with getting it. Morning desk person Sammie was just as wonderful, went above and beyond. I’ve never had so many towels in the room and didn’t have to ask for more! They came in daily and switched them out and took out the trash. Breakfast was great. Different food every day and the ladies were so nice and friendly! It was nice to eat breakfast and then go sit on the porch in the rocking chairs and watch the traffic go by. The staffing was just wonderful! Would definitely stay there again!

The bed was VERY comfortable! The room and breakfast bar was excellent! My wife and I travel a good bit and have become a little picky when it comes to hotel accommodations. At first we weren't sure about this location, however, that quickly changed when we laid eyes on our room and the down-home comfort and hospitality we experienced.

We were in room 116 just down from the front desk. We never could get the wi-fi to connect to any of our devices. Everything else was fine to us. We didn't stay in our room enough for it to matter as we were mainly shopping, attending shows and Dollywood. :)

Very clean rooms and grounds. Reception could have been friendlier. We got here 15 minutes before check in time and was told we would have to wait 15 minutes for the room to be ready (this is during the off season). Internet just downright sucks!!! Had to keep logging into their wifi to reconnect. After about the 10th time we just stayed on 5G. I even called front desk to ask if any internet problems and was told the router was beneath our room. Location was great. Quiet and lots to walk to close by. Dunkin donuts is next door. Wax museum is a 3 minute walk and Titanic is a 3 minute drive. Breakfast was your usual continental grab and go with some scrambled eggs, canned corn beef hash heated up and some sausage links that were not tasty. I guess if you had kids or on a budget then it would be acceptable. Indoor pool is small, but nice. The sauna (if you can call it that) is the size of a closet and you have to stand in it. The room was nice. The fireplace in our room was a nice and unexpected addition. The jacuzzi was nice, but to get in and out of it was sketchy. Pray you don't slip and fall climbing in and out of it. Definitely could use a grab bar to help.

everything, it was beautiful hotel , the staff was real nice n very accommodating, my ac broke n they sent Andre to fix it n he did everything he could in a timely manner n had us moved to another room , thank u Andre👍🏻

the pool was nice but the area was hot n humid m sure it’s great in winter time but during the month of june (not) but they did have a place to sit outside the pool n i was able keep an eye on the kids by the door 👍🏻

This is exactly what I expect of this level of hotel. Safe, clean, and comfortable. The beds are super comfortable! They have done some aesthetic improvements to the rooms over the past year, so they look very nice. No major updates to the bathrooms (fresh paint and wallpaper but no fixture changes). Even though it is on a main road, we have had no issues with noise. The hotel has been quiet on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Never stayed on the 1st floor, but I imagine it could be a bit noisier with the foot traffic from people going to the pool. The 1st floor rooms are also along a route from the stairs/elevator to the breakfast area, so that may create more morning noise. Overall great value for the price.

Breakfast is decent. The make your own waffle station is definitely the most popular, so it can create a line of people waiting at busier breakfast times. More variety of healthier options could be nice (often only one type of fruit available--only apples or only bananas). The cereals provided were typically Frosted Flakes and Corn Flakes, so pretty limited variety with that. Coffee is good.

The location is fantastic...good free breakfast and FANTASTIC STAFF! VERY CLEAN!!!

The breakfast was the best at any hotel I've ever had. It changed every day and had a great variety. The ladies were so helpful and attentative. My only suggestion is offering hard boiled eggs. Top notch!!

The male evening staff the first evening were less than helpful, I forgot a fork and asked if they had any. Instead of getting one for me, which would have meant the young man had to stop playing on his phone, he told me to go behind the curtain of the breakfast area- it was dark so I had to look around to try to find them. That's not proper customer service.

Had a problem with the first room by it being too close to the road but went downstairs, and explained to the receptionist. And she didn't hesitate to help us by moving to a different room. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable and clean. Housecleaning came in daily and cleaned up in our room and gave clean towels . The lady's was friendly and very helpful for us during breakfast and didn't hesitate to help if asked a question.

Went down to go swimming, and it was way too much chlorine in the water. It truly burns your eyes and takes your breath by just walking in. I just had my hair done and was afraid that it may turn my hair green .

While in the pool there was a bunch of teenagers that were being extremely loud,and rough housing..They were chasing a lizard,and almost knocked mine,and my husband's phones off of the stand where the towels are..We had to put them up there,and cover them up with our towels,because all the tables and chairs were wet from all the splashing they were doing..There is NOTHING wrong with kids having fun,but they went a little overboard
