Room was a great size. clean bed. Big bathroom. Hand held shower. Handicap rails. Seat in the shower. Great amount of towels. Great tv service. Iron board. Irons are at front desk . Breakfast was good. Lots of places to put personal items Quiet.. lots of lights too... Air quality was great. Staff quick to help.

No freezer in the refrigerator.

The staff was very friendly. I had an issue with being charged twice and they were very understanding and fixed the issue right away. Breakfast was good, but needed more, in my opinion

The room door did not have the security bar, looked like maybe they had to break into the room at some point. You could see where it had been removed but not replaced. The deadbolt didn't really feel safe. The air conditioner needed vents you could position to blow air upward. It was cold but only blew directly on the side of the bed. You could feel the moisture on the sheets.

The location was ideally located to see/do attractions in Pigeon Forge. The staff was extremely friendly. The continental breakfast had various options, and the room was nice and clean, just a little tight, space-wise, for two people.

My only complaint is that the internet didn't work most of the time, making it difficult to watch TV and relax after returning to the room from our day's excursions or in the morning for news. Or, if anyone needed to count on the internet service for any business matter, it would be impossible to complete tasks. I don't know if the surrounding hotels have the same issue; if not, Sleep Inn and Suites needs to update their internet service.

The breakfast was a continental type with two flavors of waffles which I enjoyed. They had blueberry or plain. They had various options of breads, yogurts, mini muffins, etc. The only thing I didn’t care for was the orange juice out of the machine because it was thick like concentrate. Our room was perfect for us as we just needed a comfortable place to sleep while there. The bed was very comfortable which is important to me with having a bad back. The shower was amazing because it was a walk in shower and I didn’t have to step in and out of a tub/shower combo. The staff was super nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice

Super clean rooms, great smell, great staff, loved the little fairy/mushroom garden with the hammock and that it had grills to cook on. Nice little location, not too far, but not super busy road. Great price.

The air wasn’t the best, but wasn’t too bad, looked to be new units. The pool maybe needs a better filter as there was lots of hair in pool, and they were fixing jacuzzi during our stay, but looked very nice.

Reservation was easy with no pay online, we got there and the lady at the desk was so nice and fast at checking our 4 rooms in. Smelled great, new looking, great breakfast beds were absolutely the most comfortable beds we pulled the covers back so we could purchase our own mattress like this one. Built in shampoo and conditioner in the shower was fabulous because I forgot ours

This place was exceptional! Incredibly convenient (2 blocks) from the very center of Pigeon Forge! Right off the main street! Staff was Incredibly awesome, even the lady that was cleaning rooms. I wish I knew her name; maybe 30 & Hispanic. The ladies at the front office were perfect, too. A GREAT value & very clean & up to date. I will DEFINITELY stay there every time in the future!

Nothing, the place was perfect!

Everything was nice. They had a pool and bbq/sitting area. It was quiet and close to plenty of stuff. They were working on a kiddie pool, jacuzzi pool and more upgrades to their outside area. A hidden gem can't wait to see when all upgrades are done.

Beds were a little uncomfortable or it's just my old body...I have arthritis

Room smelled brand new, everything was clean, breakfast was good for a hotel only negative I can say is shower pressure could be better but having 2 kids with me everything was perfect!

Shower pressure and a quiet ac. Every time it came on it sounded like a rocket getting ready to take off. Over all it didn’t affect my stay.
