Room was a great size. clean bed. Big bathroom. Hand held shower. Handicap rails. Seat in the shower. Great amount of towels. Great tv service. Iron board. Irons are at front desk . Breakfast was good. Lots of places to put personal items Quiet.. lots of lights too... Air quality was great. Staff quick to help.

No freezer in the refrigerator.

Wish there was an ac vent in the bathroom Got hot Saturday night while sleep ac units on 62 but never got cold

The location was ideally located to see/do attractions in Pigeon Forge. The staff was extremely friendly. The continental breakfast had various options, and the room was nice and clean, just a little tight, space-wise, for two people.

My only complaint is that the internet didn't work most of the time, making it difficult to watch TV and relax after returning to the room from our day's excursions or in the morning for news. Or, if anyone needed to count on the internet service for any business matter, it would be impossible to complete tasks. I don't know if the surrounding hotels have the same issue; if not, Sleep Inn and Suites needs to update their internet service.

The breakfast was a continental type with two flavors of waffles which I enjoyed. They had blueberry or plain. They had various options of breads, yogurts, mini muffins, etc. The only thing I didn’t care for was the orange juice out of the machine because it was thick like concentrate. Our room was perfect for us as we just needed a comfortable place to sleep while there. The bed was very comfortable which is important to me with having a bad back. The shower was amazing because it was a walk in shower and I didn’t have to step in and out of a tub/shower combo. The staff was super nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay there again. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool but it looked very nice

This place was exceptional! Incredibly convenient (2 blocks) from the very center of Pigeon Forge! Right off the main street! Staff was Incredibly awesome, even the lady that was cleaning rooms. I wish I knew her name; maybe 30 & Hispanic. The ladies at the front office were perfect, too. A GREAT value & very clean & up to date. I will DEFINITELY stay there every time in the future!

Nothing, the place was perfect!

Staff were super friendly, location was great (it was further back from the main road, but still within walking distance of attractions and restaurants), quiet area, very clean. I'd definitely stay here again!! :)

The elevator was in need of servicing (sounded like it could break down at any time), hallways and lobby were very hot and muggy

The king room was exceptional. The bathroom was clean and fully stocked. It was a great stay!

The continental breakfast could have been a little better,but was good for what it was. Coffee cups could have been a little larger. The blueberry yogurt was good and the bagels with strawberry cream cheese was delightful.

The experience was wonderful. Me and my spouse stayed there for our 30th anniversary. When we entered our room the staff had decorated our room with a banner and balloons and even had a little care package with a card. We were so surprised. It was a very sweet arrival.

Very clean, lots of security in place as well.

Only real complaints I have would be that the breakfast was mainly just different carbs (cereal, bread, bagels, waffles), no protein to speak of. The shower took about 10-15 minutes to get past lukewarm but other than those two things the stay was great.

Handicap accessible room but the beds sit to high. Also had to ask for towels.
