10 out of 10 on EVERYTHING! The location was beautiful. The building was clean, easy to navigate, bright, fresh , modern decor and well lit. The staff was helpful, welcoming, nice , and accommodating. The amenities were abundant ! A hot tub, indoor and outdoor pool, a water slide, restaurant, bar and elevators with lobby luggage rollers. Definitely coming back and making this our vacation stay !

We were informed the stairs could not be used unless in an emergency situation. We brought a dog who was scared of the elevator so we had to fight him every time he needed to go out.

Front Desk staff is amazing all of them! The hotel is wonderful also. We stay there at least a couple times a month! It was our favorite hotel.

Not sure we will be returning which I really am disappointed! The housekeeping staff walked in on my husband sleeping two times. This is after telling them twice and leaving a message NO SERVICE! We did not put the latch up because I was coming back in. We had just extended our stay when this happened. We checked out my husband was furious to have someone walk in also scary the room was dark!This is unacceptable to have this happen twice within and hour. We will probably not be returning which I hate. We loved the Front Desk staff and the hotel! It absolutely ruined our family trip ! I never give negative reviews but this is something that needs addressed!

Convenient location.

The beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows are very cheap. Bring your own pillows for sure. Got more pillows from the front desk and whenever the maid came to clean the bedroom, she took the pillows that I received from the front desk. Ugh. I also didn’t care for the fact that you pay so much money for the room, which is a very small room and very small beds, but breakfast isn’t even included like most places.

Convenient location , nice facilities and room . Mostly clean .

Staff was not personable . Not one person initiated a gesture of Welcome Good Morning or Thank you for staying with us . We were told that that because we were only staying 3 days there wouldn’t be daily towel replenishment or housekeeping unless requested . We weren’t aware of this until we we knew our way into the mountains and front desk . Not so much an issue but it was the wording last minute from a staff member . We literally couldn’t get into our room until 4 pm . Ironically it wasn’t until 4 pm that the room became ready . We initially received a bill for breakfast when it was included in our room rate . Twice we had to remind someone . Balcony needs to be swept for cob and spider webs .

We loved that we were allowed to check in early so we didn’t have to tote our luggage around town, the staff was helpful, and the room looked and smelled clean.

The toilet water in room 215 came up and splashed you if you didn’t stand up to flush. Also, we had to call the staff to come up and fix our tv because we were only getting 3 channels. However, the staff sent someone fairly quickly and resolved the issue.

I've stayed here 3 or 4 times and like how clean and nice the place is. Usually a trouble free stay.

The fact that they charge $12.95 for a continental breakfast for a room that cost over $250 a night. I've stayed in cheaper hotels with free breakfast. I brought in 2 other couples and they were disappointed also with this. Plus we got there got a room that was already occupied. Had to wait for over an hour to get a room cleaned and ready for us.

I didn't like the breakfast because u had to pay for it,,so I did it wasn't good,$12.50 buffet breakfast ,there wasn't much for the buffet,,I got better breakfast at hotels that are free,,I've stayed at Drury Inn that have a great big buffet and a kick back evening dinner and drinks and a great value on rate,,if there was one at Pigeon Forge Tn,,I definitely be at that hotel for the reason of the great breakfast and kickback dinner,plain and simple ,,when someone gets an hotel this is what they want for there hotel stay of what they pay,,pretty much I payed almost double ,than if I stayed at a drury inn at a great rate and great breakfast,kickback and great amenities, pool,hottub,

Our first room had a noticeable smell in it and your desk clerk switched us out to another room which was much better. Cleaning people did a great job.

Couch was not comfortable. TV in bedroom didn't work but your maintenance people took care of this. Lighting was not very bright. Everything else was great.

The staff was courteous, and the accommodations were clean, and my family had a great time! We loved that we could actually control the AC unit. We wished we had more time at the property itself, but we were there for a baseball tournament which kept us busy.

The pillows, but that is minor in the grand scheme of things!

It was close to the main strip and attractions yet still felt very private and quiet. The pools were very nice.

The pictures of the room we rented were apparently 'default' per staff so only 2 of the pictures that were shown of our room were actually what the room looked like. The room was still nice just not what was expected.
