I appreciated the grassy area designated for dogs and the backside of the hotel and neighborhood was quiet enough to allow me to walk our dog safely around several blocks. Their pet fee was less expensive than other places as well, so that was good. The staff was exceptionally helpful and nice. The bed was very comfortable! The shower was good and water was hot

I did not expect to see carpeting in rooms that allow pets. It needs to be removed. Our dog had no accidents in the room, but you just don't know what you're stepping on from previous guests. It felt nasty and the tile floor in front of the vanity was sticky. That was the only thing we didn't like about the stay.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, amazing staff, good breakfast and location, location location! The location is the best thing about this property. Almost dead center of the parkway. Want to go to dollywood just take wears valley rd to teaster and avoid the parkway. Want to avoid the crowds or take a trip to cades cove? Just turn right out parking lot and head that way! I've been coming pigeon forge my entire life and lived here for 2 years! You can't get a better location for getting around!

Only thing I could complain about is the indoor pool area could use some changes of the mural. Could be a little more inviting. Also wish there was a hot tub.

Room was clean. Air conditioner worked well. The guy that checked us in was nice. Pool was clean.

Ice machine on my floor didn’t work. No coke or Diet Coke in any floors machines. My friend staying next door to me in 410 had to have her key redone 5 times a during our 1 night stay. They lady didn’t even offer an apology, just to keep key away from cellphone ( which we were) and she would have maintenance change battery. Also, there was a lot of trash bags piled up on bottom floor next to breakfast room and floor needs pressure washed in that area and first flight of stairs.

It was very clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good, too. Staff was really nice and location was great- just down from The Island, across the street from Mel's Diner & Publix.

Parking is tight and difficult to get out unless you take back roads. Was a little more expensive than we'd have liked.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with a variety of breakfast items, from sausage, biscuits, bacon, eggs, cereals, and many other items. The hotel is close to everything to walk to, if you like to walk. It is close to the Island, Mountain Mile and many shops like Three Bears General store. Publix is right across the street and so is Mel's Diner. They have an indoor pool which was nice and warm and not over chlorinated which is a huge plus. It is also very pet friendly; we took our puppy with us, and they do have designated areas for your dog to do their business and also have poop bags and a place to throw them away. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location. Walking distance to the Island took about 15 minutes and on the way you pass some stores. Outside the hotel is a crossing with lights where it´s easy to cross over. Burger King, and many other foodplaces is around the corner. Fast Wi-Fi. So comfortable bed. Clean room. Had everything you need for a hotel like this. Free parking. The man at the front desk was very helpful and nice. Refrigerator and the american breakfast was great.

Don't get a room on the lowest level traffic noise is horrible and so loud .... Maybe second or third floor wld be better

Location is great to several restaurants, grocery stores, and convenient stores were right there within a minute walk and shopping areas very close. There is also an Urgent care next door and a nail salon. Rooms were clean and comfortable as well as comfortable beds. Both indoor and outdoor pools were clean. You can walk to the Lumber Jack show and the Island as well as the Pirates Voyage.

The outside pool needs to be upgraded. The pool furniture loungers were broken and the chairs very uncomfortable, they need to be more age friendly. It would also be nice to have umbrellas.

Budget friendly. Great place for kids. The breakfast was decent, my kids loved the teddy bear waffle maker. The pool was the perfect way to have fun after a day of fun. Location was perfect, within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Only a short drive to Dollywood. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, we really enjoyed sitting on the balcony at night. I will most definitely stay here again.

It was located on the corner of a very busy intersection . It was hard getting in and out of the property. At night it was noisy due to traffic . We normally stay in a cabin but wanted to try staying on the Parkway. I personally prefer the peace and quiet of a remote cabin.
