In regards to breakfast, I was not very happy with this part. I much appreciated having this option, but it felt that they were nickel and diming. Even though breakfast was supposed to go into 9:30 am if you got there 15min prior or 20min staff was not refilling it, even though they said: "I will be back" 20-30min later no one. Let me add that it was a very cold day and extremely busy in this area so everyone wanted to eat in.

Very clean room! Comfortable beds. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the pet walking area! Our grandchildren loved the heated outside pool and indoor pool.

They were remodeling at the front entrance way, I think a new breakfast area. I appreciate them keeping up by remodeling! But it was very noisy by 8 am and could be heard in our room on the 2nd floor.

The breakfast was great, and the staff worked so hard to keep up with the crowd! The front desk staff was super helpful, too! The room was clean, convenient, and the bed for comfortable. Kids loved the pool!

The dog nextdoor to my daughter's room barked quite a bit--that would have bothered me more than it bothered them. Also, the bike in the exercise room didn't work.

Staff was friendly, helpful, & kind. We liked the location. It was close to everything, but set back from the road enough to feel safe & comfortable. Nice breakfast every morning- muffins, scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffle maker, yogurt, juice, milk, fruit. Elevator. Large closet space also a plus.

Vending machine would have been nice. There was a "market" in the lobby but drinks & snacks were outrageously priced.

The staff was great, we loved the pet friendly environment, it was clean and the breakfast was great the location was great.

We did NOT like that Booking.com did NOT mention that there would be a $150 pet fee during check-in, we had to pay a additional $150 for our pet that was not mentioned during our Initial booking. It would have been nice to have known that up front. Breakfast was great, but this location was very busy and there was only one waffle maker and it made getting through the breakfast line very very slow, they need three waffle makers. Overall we loved our stay and will stay there again.

I loved that you could smell the “clean” when you walked in. It is definitely the cleanest hotel I have stayed at In Pigeon Forge. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and clean! The staff were super nice and always helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a wonderful time. The room was large and had a sofa. That's nice so you don't have to sit in the bed. Beds are comfortable. Was nice and quiet.

Pool needed some light bulbs replaced. And the jets in the hot tub weren't working.

Loved the location of the hotel and our room. We had close access to the pool, fitness room, whirlpool, breakfast, was very convenient! The staff was very helpful. We had to arrive very late because of a family emergency and when I requested a late checkout they kindly obliged!

Can't think of one thing! Everything was great! Would definitely want to stay there again!

AC was out in two rooms. Had to move three times. No discount was offered. I didn't know if you don't book direct they won't offer discount.
