We really enjoyed our entire stay, the rooms were clean and updated, and the staff let me choose what floor we wanted to stay on. The breakfast options were pretty solid. They had a waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, cinnamon rolls, cereal, 3 juices, milk, coffee, yogurt, toppings, and bread/bagels. My children 3 & 6 also enjoyed feeding the geese outside on the dining area patio. The outdoor pool is wicked awesome. We had so much fun going down the slide over and over and over. Beds were perfect for us! The rooms were very clean and spacious absolutley 0 complaints. I do want to add that we stayed during an extremely busy time because it was a holiday weekend. The staff that makes the breakfast was not prepared for the amount of people that were there (600 guests is what the staff told me) so they did run out of breakfast items very quickly and there was a wait time for some items, BUT they kept pushing forward. One even apologized for the excess wait time for the food, and assured us that the next day they would be more prepared. Most importantly the majority of the staff I encountered were empathetic and had great customer service. Front desk could be a little more cheery, but nothing to complain about. You definitely have good staff members working for you!

The only things that I didn't like 1) this is personal preference, but I didn't like how the gift shop was displayed openly in the lobby. My daughter attempted to take a toy 4 different times. Had it of been in more of an enclosed area (like part of it is) I don't think it would have been an issue. 2) The inside pool was not great at all, my kids wanted to get in it, but honestly it looked cloudy with visible dirt and the chlorine fumes were probably the strongest I've ever smelt indoors. We opted to not swim in the inside pool. However, I hope that at the minimum the indoor pool can be addressed as we are coming back to stay late November for Thanksgiving and I would love for the kids to be able to swim.

LOVED staying here. Good location. We absolutely LOVED the pools and the breakfast was so delicious. The cinnamon rolls are amazing! Rooms are serviced daily which is fab. Would definitely recommend!

Everything was clean, neat and orderly. The lobby for both places was decorated nicely. The hotel has a great back deck over looking the creek. The Inn- where we stayed, has a great view of the mountains. Breakfast was the same each morning, but always good- eggs, biscuits, gravy, sausage, yogurt, waffles, bagels, juice, coffee, water. Fitness room has 4 cardio machines, no weights. Our room had a fireplace, but it was too warm to use it. The bed was comfortable, King size- plenty of room for us. The shower/tub was one of the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. It was too cool for us to use the pool, but it looked inviting and clean. The pool has a fun looking slide for the kids. There is an indoor pool but we didn't go see it or use it. Our room had a giant jacuzzi in the room- didn't realize it when we placed the order. We didn't use it. I was disappointed when the clerk told me what the cost of the room would have been had I called them directly-- I paid $75 more PER night by using booking.com!

The only complaint we have is the price we paid for the room per night by using booking.com. I thought these websites were supposed to give you the best price, but we lost $225 by booking through booking.com!!

Pillows were very uncomfortable.

Great Location. The pool area was spacious, clean and had nice seating inside. We enjoyed the sitting area in the lobby by the fireplace at night. Waking up and being able to step outside on the balcony with two rocking chairs was an added plus. The view from our balcony was amazing.

My only concern was when we got to our room the tub had standing water in it. Called down to guest services. They sent the sweet maintenance man up who took care of the issue. The walls in the shower still had hair on them so it seemed that it was over looked. One thing I did note at breakfast the staff running breakfast didn’t have gloves on and were handling food. One lady did have gloves on which was nice to see til I noticed she was touching not just food but other things around the dinning area. Maybe a refresher on proper food handling procedures.

Well maintained and cleaned through out. Rooms were in excellent condition.

I have nothing bad to say about it

The location was great! It was actually warm enough that we got to use the outdoor pool and I love that there are things included for children big or small to do an well as for adults. The breakfast was great and there was always someone there refreshing the breakfast, it never ran out of anything. The rooms were very clean and the bathrooms were spacious.

There were only 2 luggage carts that I ever saw anyway... so maybe more luggage carts. We had to carry everything down by hand as we left. The carts were gone and stayed gone but it was check out so I get it.

Convenient location, clean

We did not know we had a refrigerator and found out it was hidden behind a door that looks like a ventilation system. It should be labeled.

The music, decor was stunning, spacious rooms and halls, beautiful spacious bathrooms, tub design, breakfast, fireplace and chairs, indoor pool and arcade were excellent. Wasn't crowded and was a great value!

As much as I loved the hotel, and I did, the bed was too soft for a great night sleep. Okay night sleep but not quite adequate. If you can sleep on a bed like that it's a perfect hotel. Never experienced a mattress that soft at any hotel or anywhere actually. I was surprised that there were no USBs and that you don't get actual shampoo and conditioner but that was not a deal breaker. I would have been nice to know that I needed to bring some. 1 oz of "conditioning shampoo" will not do it for most anyone. I had intended to wash my hair but couldn't again not a deal breaker but if I were traveling by plane it would be.
