Location is great I no people over look it for bad reviews and I understand that but they have a new manager and she is working hard to get place back up to par have stayed 2 times recently and room was very clean there doing updating I have been pleased only complaint of front desk there just short with you if you try telling them a issue which was WiFi and myself would like a new mattress seemed wore out but surprised it actually slept well did not get up with back pains and I do at home on my $1700 mattress

Front desk help they dont want to deal with anything other than check you in was a wifi issue just stated WiFi is working but it was not in my room but other than that look over bad review and give it a chance new manager is working hard to get it up to par hope the uppers realize the work she is getting done

We stay their 2 till 3 times a yr i asked for 1st floor they put us on 4th we're no tv door messed up I took pics then I go back down tell the girl Rachelle I think was her name she took us to the 2nd floor nice room sweet girl we will be back but it's went down since last yr get it back up people we love this place . But I did see maintenance worrying bet hard trying

The room was in a perfect location, I was able to go out in the balcony and set and smoke. The rooms looked they had been remodeled. Very clean.

I booked online and the attendant at the front desk charged my card a second time (over 300$) luckily it was a weekday so my bank was able to reimburse my money back onto my card,if not I would have had no vacation money because I left the rest of my cash at home. She constantly acted like she hated her job and didn't even apologize for making a mistake. I come to this same hotel everytime I visit (been 5 times now) and I love it there. I just wish the people that worked the front desk were a little more friendlier.

The value of the room was great and the location couldn’t have been better. It suited our travel needs. Our grandson loved the pool. It was extremely clean as was the pool area.

Our sink was leaking like crazy, as was the commode, and the shower. Originally, we were told it would be fixed that night. The trash can under the sink was emptied the next day but nothing else was addressed. Our room wasn’t cleaned at all during our stay.

Staff were all very kind and the location was within walking distance to everything we wanted to do. A/C and the heater worked very well. Water pressure and temperature were both good. The wifi was decent for the majority of our stay. Spacious room.

The door would always stick when you'd open and close it. The floors left our feet dirty and the toilet had a very slow flush.

First I want to give Booking. Com a Big Thank you for the Great Deal, they gave me. 2yrs ago my 81 yr. old Mother broke her hip and femur bone, she has made a great recovery. So I suprised her with a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains, her favorite place to go. We spent 3 days and had a wonderful time. The room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable. All the staff, from the ladies in the office to the cleaning service were very nice and helpful. This was my second time staying here in the last two years.

We stayed in room 109. You had to be careful with the hot water from the sink , it was very very hot. The shower head had very little pressure and the handle to adjust the water temperature was a problem, you really had to work with it before and during your shower to get it to stay just right. Handle probably needs replacing.

We came for the Rod Run so we weren’t in the room much. Very good location to walk everywhere. Big balconies and plenty of space to watch the action on the strip. Lots of parking. Nice pool to cool off. Great atmosphere. Perfect place to party with the neighbors, crash, wake up and repeat! Super good value but you get what you pay for.

We didn’t come expecting a five star luxury resort so we weren’t disappointed. Sometimes you have to ask for towels and TP. Bring your own ice; no ice maker on site. Overall, it was pretty clean but the outdated paint, flooring and decor makes it look a little dingy. If you’re looking for a super clean and crisp modern room with all the state of the art amenities… this ain’t it. But if you’re looking for a cheap place to lay your head that’s not crawling with roaches and bedbugs… this is it!

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Had packets of coffee but no coffee maker which was frustrating

Arrived at check in time and went to service desk. Two younger girls were at the counter. They were talking about something and were very loud and belligerent and very rude. Very annoying to stand there checking in and listening to them talk like that. Another guest asked about ice and was told he needed to come back to get it when she felt like getting it for him. They had no concern at all that these guest were spending up to $300 a night to stay here. Be nice if the staff was taught customer service Also the parking garage flooded due to rain and apparently some serious drainage issues. Had to walk in water and mud over my ankles to get into my truck. No one warned of flooding in the garage if it rained and it was very obvious this is an issue when it rains.
